About this property

Luxury cabin with private outdoor hot tub and access to resort pool

Experience the serene woodland scenery of the Great Smoky Mountains at this three-bedroom Pigeon Forge cabin with a private hot tub, a beautiful wrap-around deck, a loft game room with pool, ping pong, air hockey and foosball tables, and community access to a seasonal swimming pool.

Tucked away among the treetops and within earshot of the trickling water in Big Bridge Branch, this private home is an elegant take on the classic log cabin. You'll be within short driving distance to Pigeon Forge, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, and central Gatlinburg.

With two-story ceilings, gorgeous wood and stone work, and furnishings that reflect the great outdoors, the living space is open, inviting, and tailor-made for relaxing. Take a seat on the leather sofa to catch up with your loved ones, scroll through the cable channels on the flatscreen TV, and light the seasonal floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace (October 1 to April 1) to enhance the cozy mountain atmosphere. Downstairs you can relax while watching your favorite sports or Nextflix movie on the 110" HD TV.

Begin each morning on a high note by preparing breakfast in the full kitchen, where you'll find stainless steel appliances, natural wood cabinetry, and a large window to let in the breeze. Flip french toast and pancakes on the stovetop, sit down at the kitchen table, and stack the plates in the dishwasher for easy, hassle-free cleanup.

Bring your coffee outside to the wrap-around deck, where you can read the morning paper in a rocking chair, cuddle up with your kids on the porch swing, or watch for deer passing through your neck of the woods. Come lunchtime, there's even a charcoal grill for afternoon barbecues in the shade.

Pull your bathing suits and towels from the private washer/dryer, and beat the summer heat by going swimming in the seasonal community pool (which is open between May 1st and October 1st). Back at the house, you can take a soothing soak in the private hot tub, or head upstairs to the loft for an evening of tournaments at the pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and the arcade game.

With three King bedrooms each with en-suite full bath, two single rollaways and two pull out couches, Big Bear Retreat will accommodate twelver guests. The first master suite is located on the main floor, offering a king-size bed made from natural logs, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a half-bath on the main floor as well. Head upstairs to discover a second master suite, which features a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with a stall shower and jacuzzi tub. Downstairs is the finest Master suite with a King Bed, stacked stone fireplace and jacuzzi tub in the full en-wuite bath. You'll also have two sleeper sofas and two single rollaways for additional sleeping space.

Known and beloved throughout the United States as the hometown of Dolly Parton, Sevierville is a wonderful blend of Tennessee charm and natural beauty. Spend a day (or two) in the majestic expanse of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can observe wildlife in the open meadows of Cades Cove or take in panoramic views from the top of Clingmans Dome.

Tons to do!
Loved this cabin. Three levels and tons of games and activities. The bedrooms have king beds and their own fireplaces which was wonderful. Hot tub was perfect. No bath soap, so bring your own.

Cute but dirty
The cabin was roomy and very cute. The beds were comfy but everything was dusty with cobwebs around. All the dishes were dusty and the pans had residue that had to be washed before we used them. Also all the furniture on the porch was secured with a wire rope that my family tripped over in the dark a few times.

Very responsive and accommodating
The cabin was easy to access and very comfortable. We were in the area for a busy weekend schedule, but we all wished we had more time to just hangout at the cabin. We had all adults and it was nice that every room has its own private bathroom plus two additional half baths so we ran into no issues when all trying to get ready simultaneously. We also never ran out of hot water! The fireplaces were beautiful and easy to use with the timers. And everyone enjoyed the games on the 3rd floor. We didn’t cook during our stay but the kitchen was well stocked (except bring your own coffee, creamer, sugar). There was a traditional coffee maker and Keirig. It was just a few minutes drive to a market so pretty easy to solve our “coffee crisis.” The owner was very easy to work with before our stay and provided very clear instructions for check-in/out. We had no need for communication once we arrived. Beautiful and convenient location for the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. I would definitely recommend it.
