A breakfast nook and a stylish dining room with seating for 8 or more guest. The Master Bedroom suite has a King Bed, water views, a sitting room with full wet bar, and the master bath features a tub and sauna. The lower level has a separate entrance, open living, flat-screen, large bedroom, full bath and laundry room with newer washer/dryer. Outside, you'll find a patio with a heated inground pool and hot tub. This private complex offers nature landscaping with a curved driveway, 5 parking spots and 2 car garage.
