If you are looking for a place for the whole family or all of your friends to stay together, look no further! This property actually has three units on it: a beautiful farmhouse style home with three bedrooms, a completely renovated barn which is a fantastic mixture of rustic and modern, and a quaint cottage. The barn features a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an awesome bunk room complete with two sets of bunk beds and a cabin bed! The kids (and adults) are sure to love it. The attached cottage has one bedroom and its own fireplace and separate kitchen. Complete with wrap around porch, three fireplaces, and a rooftop deck with pool table, this compound is the perfect venue for gatherings of large families and groups to relax and enjoy one another's company, while still maintaining privacy - the best of both worlds. The outdoor grill makes cookouts easy, and the spacious backyard provides plenty of room for sports and leisure activities.

My family stayed here for a family reunion. Great place for a large family, plenty of space for everyone. Second beach is only a five minute drive. Downtown Newport about 10 min. Great dining options and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again

This property is amazing! You cannot go wrong staying here. Our daughter got married in Newport. We are from PA and this compound is set up for an entire family. Each unit offers everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Each family member had total privacy and all the amenities. Extremely clean and well furnished. The back yard and roof top deck offer plenty of space for lounging. Easy access to everything and plenty of parking. Host is extremely responsive. We will definitely return when back in Newport.

I stayed here in April with 9 other friends from high school (we're all old 50-somethings now!). The property is immaculate, lovely and very comfortable. It's essentially 3 in 1, and it was great. Check in was very easy, as we had all instructions beforehand, and we had a great time. Everything was spotless and in great condition, and I can't recommend this property highly enough.

We lived in New York our entire lives, but we fell in love with Newport the first time we visited and knew very quickly that this was where we wanted to build our future. Our attachment to Newport goes back for years. We got engaged under the stars at Castle Hill, and we recently moved to Portsmouth to raise our family on this beautiful island. We purchased our first Newport house in the summer of 2014 and quickly started renovations on what was once a dairy barn. When designing our properties we take into consideration all of the needs of a large family, young and old, vacationing under one roof together! We hope you love our homes as much as we do.
