Located in the heart of Gilbert, this home has been recently renovated and is perfect for the whole family. With a heated pool, basement game room, and a chef’s kitchen, you are sure to have enough space for everyone in the family.

This beautiful home sleeps up to 16 people with 5 bedrooms, a full kitchen, outdoor fire pit, Xbox, and more! Family Owned and Managed!
2600 SQFT Tri-level home, 5 beds, 3 baths, heated pool, and Game Room.

The home has a 75' Smart TV in the living room, a 65' Smart TV in the game room (where you can access your streaming accounts), and ultra-fast Wireless Internet. You will find an Xbox One, Nintendo NES, board games, and more in the game room. The Kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your whole family!

Please note, there is an additional fee to heat the pool ($50/day). In addition to the heater, we have a solar blanket on a reel to help retain the heat. If you would like to heat the pool during your stay, please let us know at the time of your booking. :)

House was clean, appeared as advertised, and in a great location central to everywhere we went in Mesa/Gilbert. Host was awesome!! So responsive and very accommodating with a couple of special requests. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly and would love to stay here again!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I enjoyed a lovely anniversary getaway here, and it exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was our favorite spot. It had everything you could ever need for cooking, and we enjoyed making meals together. The game room was a fantastic bonus. We had so much fun spending time there. This property was perfect for us. The area is beautiful and feels safe. Plenty of convenient options for food and shopping. The home was warm and inviting. The beds are so comfy, there is plenty of room to spread out, and lots to do. Everything we needed for cooking was readily available. The pool was wonderful and we really appreciated the heating option. There is plenty of outdoor space in the yard. Communication with the host was easy and any issues were reolved quickly. I'm in love with this place!!!

What a lovely place! It was clean and packed with amenities. It is very much like my own home, so we felt right at home. It was relaxing and stocked with all the commonly used household items: iron, trash bags, paper towns, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee pods- even if you do need something, there are stores very near by that you don't have to get on the freeway to get to. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect space for our family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! It was perfect for the young adults to have space as well as parents! We had all of the necessary items and utensils needed to stay in and cook our meals. The host was most gracious and communicative which I appreciated. I also liked that the checkout process was simplified. Most places (we travel a ton) have it setup to a complicated and very tedious checkout process. We will be back for sure!

SUPERB Property!

Our stay was absolutely amazing at this property! It was perfect for our family trip to AZ to attend a wedding. The home feels brand new and is perfectly decorated to help you feel at home with thoughtful touches to decor and bedrooms. There was lots of room for all 10 family members to spread out comfortably. The property owner was always readily available for any questions we had. Went above and beyond for any needs, such as sending a new iron our way to press our wedding garments!

Everything you need!

This house was great! Beautiful large kitchen, all bedrooms were good sized and had dressers and closet space, a game room downstairs our 10 yr old loved, a pool and outside dining and seating areas. Wish we could have sat outside in the evening, but we went in July with 118 temp. We had a 15 mo. old and they have everything for kids!! The little extras are everywhere. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers, coffee and spices in the kitchen, laundry soap and dishwasher soap and TONS of towels (a must for the pool)! All we had to do was think "I wish they had a ..." and we turned and opened a drawer and there it was! The response to any questions I had were very quick! Tyler was an Awesome host and we would recommend this home to everyone. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay!

This property was perfect for my family and I to celebrate my 50th birthday party. The space was made for entertaining. The backyard is so charming too. It’s perfect for multiple people to have their own spaces and yet a gathering space. Personally, I loved that there were no TVs in the bedrooms, allowing you to be more present amongst your friends and family. There was nothing missing in this home or property, plenty of supplies, towels, appliances, and all of the extras that you might not normally think about when planning a gathering. It was also very clean and welcoming it smells like cookies!!!!! I definitely feel that it was worth the money Also the owner or property manager was very responsive. Initially, we were going to bring our dogs to the property and last minute changed our minds. The owner was very accommodating. There’s even little supplies for your pets if you forget to bring them with you. So many little details that most might not appreciate thank you so much for hosting this family gathering for me and my friends. It’s definitely a 5 STAR property!!!

You will love the location of the home. In Central Gilbert, you are just 5-minutes away from high-end restaurants and bars. The home is best suited for larger groups and families! The open floor plan provides enough space to entertain a large group. The spacious backyard is the perfect spot to relax and unwind during the day, and the string lighting sets the perfect ambiance at night.

The property is a tri-level floor plan with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a game room in the basement. The middle floor holds the kitchen and living room, and the top floor contains the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, and a bathroom. Kids love playing downstairs in the basement, while the adults prepare a meal on the middle floor. We provide plenty of toys and games to entertain an army!
