This cabin is very comfortable and fit our family very well as we stayed here for a few nights with our parents and our kids and our grandkids for a family wedding. The cabin was very accommodating and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of parking and the creek was a beautiful oasis. Definitely would recommend.
From start to finish the experience was excellent. The hosts were very informative and accommodating from start to finish. The house was clean with ample space. The kids loved the creek and the hot tub, and the kitchen was very well stocked with more utensils and cook ware than you can imagine. The hosts were quick to respond and even offered us the house early on Friday. We would certainly use them again in the future.
Beautiful property! This cabin exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, the river was beautiful and we loved the game room down stairs and hot tub! It was very convenient to go to town, eat, shop and visit the wineries nearby!
The Property is excellent clean, beautiful setting, amazing Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, game room. I can't say enough about this property it is simply perfect.
The host was very welcoming and super fast responding to our questions!!! The cabin is absolutely perfect!!! The location is within 2-5 miles of a lot of wineries and the distillery. Everything was absolutely beautiful!!!
I have to say that my family and I have stayed at many vacation homes and this might have been the best so far. The home was very clean, all renovation work in the home looks to have been done very well. All in all, it was a pleasure to have stayed there. Everyone was very impressed with the home. Also, the location was also great, while it felt secluded it was in close proximity of many attractions as well as Helen and Dahlonega. We loved it and thank you!!
Perfect accommodations. Very clean. Had everything you could possibly have wanted in the kitchen which was my favorite place to be. We all enjoyed walks down to the creek but the kids especially loved it. Very spacious for a family of 10. Would definitely book again.

Thank you for the kind words! These pictures look amazing, we are so happy that you enjoyed the stay.
Great stay! I would highly recommend. We stayed here for a wedding we had at Kaya. It was a quick ride over and there are taxi services available if you need a ride. Very spacious and lots of bathrooms
This stay was a sister’s get together we do each year. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was centrally located for things we wanted to see and do. Would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed are stay very much. It seems some weather has taken a toll on the bench platform by creek. The path was in good shape. Very beautiful with some deer and possibly small cub tracks by waters edge. Master br upstairs mattress a little iffy. But heard no complaints from rest of party. Great access to Cleveland, bridal party house next to winery down 129, and wedding venue - Meadows at Mossy Creek. Hot tub was very, very clean and much appreciated. Thank you so much for having us.
Spacious home, very private, loved the proximity to the creek and the sound of the running water. The kitchen was exactly the size we needed for our two families staying. Perfect vacation spot!

We are so happy to hear that y'all had a good time and enjoyed the kitchen!
The hosts are excellent. They respond as quickly as possible with kindness and professionalism. The home was lovely and exactly what we needed. The waterway adds such a great benefit to this property.
It was convenient to Cleveland, Dahlonega and Blue Ridge. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kids really enjoyed the game room. We all enjoyed a fire at the fire pit. The kitchen was amazing with everything we needed. The brook behind the house was beautiful and you can hear it when sitting in the screened porch.
The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host was kind and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

About the host

We have always enjoyed the beauty of nature but, unfortunately, don't live in an area with the beauty of the north Georgia mountains. However, with our home in the north Georgia Mountains, we can experience the beauty of nature. We believe in family and American values and the north Georgia mountains suits us well, even if only for an occasional visit.
Why they chose this property
We chose our house because we loved the secluded, wooded area and trout stream, yet it is close to Helen, Dahlonega and Cleveland. We also love the place because it is suitable for a family gathering and we have many family gatherings there.
What makes this property unique
When we stay at Mountain Shoals Hideaway, our kids gravitate to the lower level where the game room and games are while us adults can relax on the upper deck. The kids always find something to do and we never have to entertain them unless we take them to the area waterfalls and hiking trails.
