Our condo is located is in the heart of Key West's Old Town. This neighborhood is filled with historic homes dating from the period when Key West was the wealthiest city in the United States. The condo is in a historic home with three other condo units. The location is ideal to explore Key West by foot or bike. Great restaurants are within a five minute walk of the condo. World famous Duval Street is 3 1/2 blocks away -- close enough to enjoy, but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Open living area with fully equipped kitchen and granite breakfast bar with dining for 3 plus downstairs half bath. Spiral staircase to the second floor where you will find a guest bedroom with one queen bed and a pair of twin beds. The master bedroom has a queen bed and work area with full bath. Enjoy 2 outdoor decks with tree top views of Old Town Key West, a lovely, private sun deck off of the master bedroom and the perfect little front deck offering a great sitting area for morning cafe con leche and reading the paper. Walk to the Historic Seaport and Duval Street easily from this great location, close to area marinas and a community swimming pool.

We’ll be back

The wife and I loved this property. Everything Key West has to offer was within a easy walk and our apartment was quite lovely. The kitchen was beautiful and we loved having the 3 bathrooms and having not one, but two balconies was great.

If I could live here I would!!! Everything is top of the line in this lovely rental. I love the location . The owner is helpful and responsive to any questions. I'll be back whenever it is available, thanks for providing a wonderful and. comforttable spot to enjoy Key West ??

Perfect location, great layout.

We felt like we were staying at a friends place. The condo isn't the usual bare-bones rental. You can tell that the owners spend time there by the unexpected conveniences that made our stay easier and more enjoyable, i.e.; a rolling cart for shopping, shoe holders on the bathroom doors to organize personal items, tools, bikes, etc.. We were especially pleased to see the legal paperwork for the rental posted in the office nook. There is a big problem in KW with sub-standard illegal accommodations. Curt, the owner, was great to work with. He responded promptly to calls, texts and emails. I recommend looking up how to lock and unlock a hurricane door on u-tube before you arrive. It's easy, if you know how. The neighbors were nice. The location was close enough to everything that having a car was unnecessary. The spiral staircase was not a problem for my elderly parents. The absolute best part of this rental was the upstairs covered deck. It always has an ocean breeze. My mother and I hung out there in the late afternoon playing cards and listening to the island sounds. We would absolutely rent this place again.

Maryland retired couple

This is our second year at this condo. A perfect location to walk everywhere but quiet in the evenings. The owners are great to work with during the rental process and they are very helpful. The condo has everything you need to stay. We had guests with us every week, friends and family members. We will again rent this condo in the future.
