HUGE Beachfront Condo 3 Bed / 2 Bath - 5th Floor!

You'll love this condo! Lots of room for adults and kids within 1912 sq ft of space with a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large kitchen and living room that leads to a patio with a view of the ocean. ****Pool and hot tub are estimated (no guarantees) to be completed by end of August 2024. THE BEACH IS OPEN with an entrance directly outside of the building*****

The Opus is an upscale condo building with amenities including an exercise and recreation room.The main living room has two seats and a couch along with a small dining table for 4. In addition, there 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter in that same area.

Each of the three bedrooms have a view of the ocean.

Room #1 is the on suite Master bedroom. Queen size bed with master bath with step in shower and separate soaker tub. Direct access to patio with ocean view. 50" Streaming Roku TV with cable.

Room #2 has two double beds. Side view of the ocean. 43" Streaming Roku TV.

Room #3 has a queen size bed. Side view of the ocean. 43" Streaming Roku TV.

There are washer and dryers for your use along with beach towels, chairs, umbrella etc. Wifi Internet is included along with another 65" Streaming Roku TV with cable in the living room. Each of the 4 TVs can stream your favorite channels (don't forget to log out when you leave!)

Great stay for race weekend

Stayed here for a buisness/personal trip to Daytona raceway. The place was spot on clean and right on the beach. Plenty of room inside to not feel you needed leave and I will highly recommend staying here!!

It was a wonderful week! The condo was awesome only downside is the people parking on the beach right behind where you set up and your little kids having to walk with them driving and one of the elevators was broken the whole time it got fixed lasted half a day and broke again.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

This is one of our favorite properties in Daytona Beach. As a Daytona Native born and raised, we try to visit once a year to enjoy the beach and some of the sights with my kids and husband. This unit was clean, comfortable and super welcoming in its decorations. We loved all the little details of artwork and decor that made the whole stay even more relaxing. Beautiful view from the balcony, I spent a lot of time sitting out there listening to the waves day and evening. The property is always clean, safe and orderly and the staff helpful and friendly here. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and easy access to everything we wanted to do. Only issue was the living room TV. We could not get it to work. Good communication with the host but they couldn’t help us to get it to work.

Originally from NJ, we moved to Idaho after graduating The Ohio State University in 2005. We enjoy our little 2 acres with our kids along with always planning "the next trip"! We've always loved traveling to Florida and we hope you will also!

Why they chose this property

We chose this area because of it's location and relaxed nature. Downtown Daytona Beach is only 2 miles up the road and the Daytona Speedway is only 6 miles away. However, we love how this is a more quiet community of condo buildings on the beach.

What makes this property unique

Our newer building was built in 2009 and has a more modern an upscale look and feel along with the engineering and safety upgrades needed during hurricane season.
