The room was nice. Location was great. The 3rd floor has no elevator but the stairs weren’t bad. The porch is nice. The apartment needs some updating. The kitchen sink is also the bathroom sink.

I loved this place. Just what I was hoping for. The bonus was that from the Lanai we could see the water and the waves crashing from the unusually large swell. Really a lovely place.

This was a great place to stage from while we explored the island, and it gave us a great location to wander around the town at night. I spent a few of my mornings on the terrace sipping coffee, reading, smelling the flowers and listening to bird call. It was exactly what I needed for a relaxing vacation. OH, and the AC worked great on the warmer evenings when we got back from our adventures. :)

Very clean unit, no complaints whatsoever!! Due to impending hurricane, reached out to host with questions. Host was simply amazing! Easy to reach, friendly and accommodating. I have stayed in other units in this complex as well as others in Kona, none as clean and worry free as this one! Check in and check out was a breeze. It is well situated, you can walk most everywhere. Third floor end unit with an ocean view, not ocean front. Being an end unit, no one above and only one attached neighbor; very quiet. Very happy with our stay there.

This was a wonderful place for a couple to stay in Kona. Central to the downtown area and the apartment was well stocked for cooking needs. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We were impressed with the cleanliness, peaceful balcony for morning coffee, and the great communication with the host. We even were able to borrow chairs and a mini cooler for the day for the beach. Would stay here again!

This was a very pleasant place to stay. Nice and clean, laid out well and contained everything we needed for our stay.checkin and out was quick and easy. We had no trouble getting a parking spot, but noticed they are limited. Directions were included on where to park if on property parking was full so that was helpful. It was a great location.

The property is lovely, It has a courtyard with a pool. Although it is well-located, along a busy street, it provides provides quiet space and privacy. The unit is large and attractive, and was well cleaned and maintained. There is a property caretaker on site and available until 11:30 a night, a nice feature. The drawback to this unit is the poor design of the bathroom and kitchenette. The toilet and shower are fine, but rest of the bathroom is crammed into a small space into which is also crammed a kitchenette. There is no mirror over a sink, so shaving and makeup application is problematic. The Kitchenette is too small to allow for any significant meal preparation. Overall, the unit is quite spacious, so it is hard to understand why so little space was devoted to more functional kitchen and bath spaces.
