Step into a true beachside retreat designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. This unique townhome puts convenience at the forefront, located directly across from the private pool with a charming front courtyard greeting you upon arrival. The spacious, private balcony in the back provides a tranquil outdoor living space and a direct, private path to the dunes and beach.

This home offers plenty of room with all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms located upstairs for privacy. Two of the bedrooms share a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Downstairs, a convenient half-bathroom is available for guests. The well-appointed living area and fully equipped kitchen are perfect for relaxing and preparing meals after a day in the sun. The villa complex enhances your stay with a refreshing swimming pool.

This property is smoke-free and does not allow pets.
All reservations, regardless of booking platform, require a signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.

Guests are liable for damage or extra cleaning. Amelia Best VRR may charge your card. Report pre-existing issues at check-in to avoid liability.

The guest must adhere to occupancy policies and limits, which are strictly enforced.

Beautiful condo with short/easy access to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool- large shallow end for our kids. The condo was spacious and clean and a great fit for our family and grandparents. We appreciated how stocked the condo was as well- a closet with pool floats as well as beach chairs and basic kitchen items. We had a beach wagon which came in handy to unload and load our car. I would recommend packing a wagon for that reason if you're traveling with lots of luggage. It was a wonderful trip and we hope to go back!

This is our third time staying at this location. Love, love it! The porch is shaded in the morning so you can actually site outside, watch the ocean, and read! It was a wonderful way to start each day. The pool and beach are just so close, the teens loved being able to access both locations easily.

Family Vacation

Another great year! We always enjoy our stay at Windsong and we’ve stayed in this particular unit many times over the last 15 years. The only negative about Windsong, is its very evident once again owners are not as welcoming as in years past to renters. We enjoyed our time as a family and the memories made.

Wonderful family vacation!

This condo was such a great place for a multigenerational family vacation! Three comfortable bedrooms provided plenty of space for everyone to sleep and have some alone time as needed. My mother and I would take our coffee every morning on the patio looking at the ocean, while my husband was able to work at the desk in the kitchen. The pool is the center of the complex, which was steps from the door, a great place for the teens to escape to. Gazal was one of the best hosts I have ever rented from. She checked in on us at arrival to make sure everything went smoothly and made sure I knew she was there if we needed anything at all! I can’t wait to go back next summer!!

Family Vacay

We have visited AI for over 40 years, staying in this particular property at Windsong many times. It’s very nice property and the property managers were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately a couple of Windsong owners made it very clear they did not like renters, one in particular. He harassed our children (ages 12-17 years)….the children were not being disrespectful nor damaging any property… simply kids enjoying a family vacation. Threatened them by saying he would call the cops if they continued to bounce a ball, watched young girls in the pool reporting he took pictures. .… while we will use the property manager again for future booking, we will not be returning to Windsong. It is nothing against this condo, it is very nice! Sounds like a similar complaint was made the week before about this particular owner at Windsong…. The HOA might want to have a discussion with this fella!

Dear Mandy, We are so sorry for the harassment your children received during your family vacation. It shouldn't have happened but unfortunately on occasion it does even with the best Condo associations. Windsong is among the best and I do hope you shall give it another chance. I addressed this with the property owner who then discussed it with the Association head. As a result, I don't think you'll encounter this problem again. This condo was extremely clean. Laily was very reachable and responsive during our stay. The only suggestion I'd have is to improve directions to the condo because our navigation app did not take us to the correct spot with the address provided, and condos are not clearly marked. However, when we called, Laily was able to direct us to the correct spot. We enjoyed our stay very much!

RELAXING GETAWAY

Excellent location, beautiful villa with amazing ocean and sunrise view, very clean , steps to the beach and the pool. The kitchen has everything one would need. Gazal and Laily were fantastic to deal with and communications were answered promptly. Highly recommended.
