great condo option

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and roomy. We appreciated the bed options as there are 2 kings and a bunk room that sleeps up to 5. Everything matched the description. The owner was very responsive. The location was convenient, close to many things including the less crowded beach area. Having beach chairs and the beach wagon was a huge benefit. The golf course view from balcony was very nice. The pools at the condo complex are a bit small and can get crowded at times but our kids didn't seem to mind and still enjoyed. Overall it's a great option to enjoy the Myrtle Beach area.

Why they chose this property

Guests want peace and quiet when they vacation and this condo offers just that. Being on the top floor and in the corner of the building eliminates any noises of guests above you. Additionally, the serenity of the golf course provides unique views and a peaceful setting. After being completely renovated, guests can expect a CLEAN environment, as we treat it the same way we treat our primary home.

After travelling to Myrtle Beach, the last thing you want to do is spend the rest of your stay doing more extensive travelling. One of the best features of our condo is its located in the center of everything. Whether you are driving or taking an Uber, nearly all main attractions are inside of 15 minutes. Check out my guidebook for greater details on what to do and where to eat.

Lastly, guests want someone who will communicate with them and provide them with answers to their questions. I pride myself on detailed communication in a timely manner. I look forward to providing you with a 5 star stay.

What makes this property unique

I chose this property with my wife for a few reasons:

1. We wanted privacy and quiet, so a top floor end unit was important to us.
2. We love to golf and it was important to be on or near a golf course. The balcony view is breathtaking, as it overlooks the 13th hole at Pine Hills.
3. We wanted something we could make our own and I believe we did that through extensive renovations.
