Guest Access:
. Tents available on the beach (first to come first to served) from 7am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm. After 5 pm the beach will be closed

. Kindly be advised that the hammock is not available.

. We have a limited number of parking spaces in the building´s visitor lot, which are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

. Please keep in mind that access to the pool requires a wristband, which you can obtain for a fee of 50,000(COP) per guest. (Children over 5 years old are also required to pay.)

. At least one guest must be 25 years old. Once your reservation is accepted, please provide us with the names of all guests who will be staying, so we can register you and facilitate the check-in process. If this requirement is not met, there is a possibility that the reservation may have to be canceled.

The Neighborhood:
The building is located in one of the best tourist neighborhoods in the area of Santa Marta. Just 3 miles away from the Airport and a few steps from the beatiful Horizon Beach. There is also a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks and really close to zazue shopping mall.

You can always use Uber or Taxi

Other Things to Note:
Please, we ask you to store all balcony items inside the apartment. This is crucial to prevent potential accidents due to the intensity of the breeze, which could cause damage. It is of utmost importance that you take this into consideration, as otherwise, a fine of $880,000 will be imposed. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

You will be provided with towels, shampoo, and soap (will only be provided for your arrival 2 toilet paper rolls, and small shampoo and soap).
We do not provide wash cloth.

Parties or a high volume of sound that causes annoyance to neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.
