I'm so sorry your vacation at BAyframe Lodge was not 100% perfect. We pride ourselves on having our rental homes in perfect shape for all our guests. I'm also sorry you felt the need to give us a public review instead of just talking to us. Our phone number sits right on the dining room table and. you could have called us about any problems at any time. In fact, we were just down the street the whole week you were there. As it happens, the house has been inspected and there were no traces of fleas found anywhere and we thoroughly inspect after each guest, whether they have a dog or not. Our guess is that if your children left the front door open for any length of time that you allowed "no see ums" into the home. They are thick this time of year in Florida and bite and look just like fleas. We can't say for sure, but again, if you'd just called we could have come down the street and inspected what you were seeing. Again, I'm sorry your vacation wasn't perfect and I'm very sorry you felt the need to discuss this in a public forum instead of having a conversation. After all, you did communicate with us when you wanted the favor of checking in super early. Then, we heard nothing from you all week until the cleaning crew arrived. Hope you have a good summer.
