The villa is comfortably and modernly furnished: living area on the ground floor with a fireplace, a fully and modern equipped kitchen, the exit to the garden and pool and a Finnish sauna with its own bathroom.
All 8 double rooms have their own bathroom with shower and terrace and are equipped with LCD TV and air conditioning. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the sea, the Premantura and the Kamenjak nature park.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.
On the completely fenced property there is a pool, an outdoor whirlpool with warm water, a barbecue area, an outdoor kitchen and a covered dining area.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Prematura

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Wochen mit unserer Familie (12Personen) in Prematura. Das Ferienhaus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung mit gepflegtem Pool, sauberen Zimmern und wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage ist perfekt. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Ortszentrum mit guten Cafes und Restaurants. In ca. 15min erreicht man auch den Strand. Fragen und Probleme sind durch die Hausverwaltung schnell beanwortet und behoben worden. Ebenso erhielten wir sehr nützliche Tips für die Gestaltung des Urlaubs. Zusammen gefaßt war es ein herrlicher und unkomplizierter Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus ist wirklich groß! Wir waren zu zehnt und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Räume sind modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist der große Pool. Whirlpool und Sauna haben auch funktioniert. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Alles, wie im Katalog beschrieben, technisch alles tiptop, gepflegt, großzügüg, optimal klimatisiert

der fehlende Stern wird verursacht durch rüpelhafte deutsche Gäste, die sich im Nachbarhaus akustisch ausgekotzt haben

Schöne Ferien, nettes Haus, jedoch nicht vollständig zufriedenstellend

Auf den ersten Eindruck ein sehr schönes Haus, jedoch ist die Küche für 16 Personen viel zu klein und auch von der Ausstattung mangelhaft. Manche Räume sind teilweise zur Hälfte leer. Ansonsten der Außenbereich mit Pool, Whirlpool, Griller und dem Billardtisch ist sehr nett. Dennoch das Poollicht hat nicht funktioniert, obwohl ich den Vermieter darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe und die Sauna hat nicht funktioniert - es war keine Anleitung dabei. Allem in allen ist das Haus sehr schön aber der Preis in der Hauptsaison ist für die Ausstattung nicht angemessen.
