Couches are old and uncomfortable. Beds are sagging and are old worn. Doors to most rooms don’t stay in open position, if you want the door open you have to prop open. TVs in the bedrooms often have problems with logging in.Great location, condo is filled with outdoor light which is perfect. Large enough for four adults.

Great location! The condo was clean and exactly what was pictured. The one thing I would note is the pillows are very firm (or at least in the room I stayed in), so if you’re more of a softer pillow person, you might want to bring your own pillow.

This is a fair and honest assessment from a husband/wife who have traveled the the world extensively. Foremost, comfort of beds and furniture. The unit was clean and an excellent location, although walking into main part town along Front Street where restaurants and shops are located was quite a jaunt. Back to comfort. Beds (lumpy and totally uncomfortable) and pillows (hard) were awful. Furniture in living room gets an 'F'. Couch and chaise were stained and so hard one couldn't sit or lay down and the pull out bed/couch was just as bad. The covered parking area was convenient, but extremely dirty, piles of leaves and accumulated dirt by the entry door. I'd look elsewhere until these items are upgraded to at least a 4-Star level, not a 2-Star at best.

This “Spacious Condo” is a very nice place to stay. Parking is convenient and right at the facility. It is within walking distance to many places including Grand Traverse Bay and fortunately The Grand Traverse Pie Company! (Mmmmmm). It was very clean and appears well maintained. The elevator was temperamental, but we only had to use the stairs once. The only real complaints would be that the mattresses could use an upgrade (soft and lumpy) and the sofas in the living space were passable but not all that comfortable. (One was a storage sofa with some seating on top.We appreciated the thoughtful check-out process which required very little from us, other than being out on time and alerting the host if we’d be out early for the cleaning staff.

Wonderful place - clean, spacious and in a great neighborhood (Slabtown Burgers across the street is dynamite). Host was very responsive on all our needs. Really great place, highly recommended.
