This is a gorgeous one bedroom, completely handicap accessible, and completely remodeled condo. Our condo is one of the best in Kihei Garden Estates with granite countertops, tiled floors, large flat screen TV, marble shower, air conditioning, expanded digital cable , and high speed wireless internet. Relax in a quiet, private luxury condo surrounded by lush tropical gardens, mango and papaya trees, and located less than 100 yards from a beautiful sunset beach. Soak in the hot tub or large swimming pool only 30 yards away, which also features a BBQ area. Enjoy a beautiful view of Haleakala from your beautiful flowered lanai. Our unit has a smart TV, DVD/vcr, expanded digital cable and fast wireless internet. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, coffee press, blender, toaster, and filtered water from the tap. The condo is centrally located in Kihei, away from traffic noise yet just blocks away from shopping, churches, restaurants, bars, beaches and only 100 yards from gorgeous sunsets. The location is wonderful for experiencing Kihei/Wailea - the sunsets, beaches, walks, and restaurants. Kitchen is super well equipped so no need to eat out every meal. I booked especially for the accessible aspect noted in the property write-up. Perfect for that - I am 83 and appreciate the lack of stairs, the convenient location of handicapped parking, the proximity and easy entry of the pool, the rubber backed rugs and faux wood floors replacing tiles, and the comfortable easy to use furnishings. I enjoyed my helpful chats with caring owner and property management and very much look forward to visiting this property again in the not too distant future.

Great place. We were here during the storm. Roads were not washed out, had no problem getting to the property. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. More restaurants about a mile and a half South. First time staying here, won’t be the last time.

The condo had lots of space, was very clean and well set up. Lots of beach items available and really who goes to Maui and does not spend a ton of time at the beaches. Any questions I had were promptly answered by the host. Would definitely stay there again!

I am extremely disappointed with this property. There were stains on the bed and bugs. The toilet had feces and hair on it. The property was advertised as having air conditioning, however, it only runs for 1 hour at a time. Expecting someone to wake up every hour to reset the AC is absolutely absurd. Had this been advertised as the set up, I would have never booked this stay in Hawaii. With weather over 80 degrees, the apartment was extremely uncomfortable. With the dirty state and the ridiculous air conditioning we were forced to find somewhere else to stay. Very disappointing and I am requesting a full refund as this was false advertising.

We are very disappointed by this guest’s review, as we made several attempts to address her concerns during the stay. Shortly after arrival, she contacted us requesting a full refund. We immediately offered to have our cleaning team return to the property at no cost to address any concerns, but she declined that offer. We take cleanliness very seriously. Our cleaning team has been caring for this property for 17 years, and we have had no prior complaints of this nature. I also asked the guest to provide photos of the specific issues she reported so that I could address them directly with our cleaning team. The photos provided did not substantiate the conditions described in her messages. Although the guest stated that she would not remain at the property, she did stay one night. Afterward, the property required substantially more cleaning than is typical, including approximately twice the normal cleaning time. As a goodwill gesture, I refunded her first night. However, given the information and documentation available to us, we did not believe a refund for the remainder of the stay was warranted. Regarding the air conditioning, the system is fully functional and operates as designed when used according to the instructions provided. We regret that it did not meet this guest’s expectations. We genuinely tried to work with this guest and offered an opportunity to address her concerns while she was there. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. Based on our experience, we would not choose to host this guest again and would encourage other hosts to carefully consider their experience when deciding whether to accept a future reservation.

Fabulous property! My wife's favorite stay on the islands!Beautiful beach just down the street.Grocery store and shops a block away. With the full kitchen in the condo, it's easy to make your own meals and save some . Maui can get expensive!Very convenient to several great snorkeling beaches (Kamaole III), and airport.Owner provides cooler, chairs, umbrella - everything you need for a beach day!Pool on siteis beautiful - and there is an outdoor kitchen/grill area, though we didn't use it. Overall, very quiet, clean, and well stocked condo. Should meet all your needs as home base for Maui! Definitely want to book this one!Did I mention it was my wife's favorite??
