Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry your stay didn’t fully meet expectations. I’m glad the listing, outdoor areas, neighborhood, beds, and our responsiveness were positives. The lock issue, illegible Wi‑Fi password, jammed door, low water pressure/lack of hot water in the master bath, the pest sighting, and the unrepaired slider screens and towel bars are unacceptable. We’ll have maintenance and pest control perform a full follow-up to address plumbing/heating, door/lock function, replace damaged items, improve Wi‑Fi labeling, and ensure traps and remediation are complete. I also apologize for the billing mistakes and the missed mid‑stay cleaning. I understand how frustrating it was to have to prove the advertised discount; we issued a refund for the pricing discrepancy and a partial cleaning refund, and we’re reviewing our billing and messaging processes so this doesn’t happen again.
