On the upper level you'll find the master king bedroom with en suite bath and tub, 2 more queen rooms, another full bath, and a kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave.

I'm from Hickory, NC and lived inside Ocean Lakes for many years! There's just nothing else like it. It's great for families and groups of all kinds. It's an incredibly safe neighborhood while still being super lively and fun. I love managing our rental and communicating with our guests. Every year we reinvest a large portion of our earnings to improve the quality of our property and improve the experience of our guests.
Why they chose this property
My family has owned property in Ocean Lakes for 30+ years. We built this home in 2007 and lived in it for many years. We just recently started renting it out and we're excited to share it with you all! We've completed many updates in January 2023 and January 2024. New HVAC, new vinyl work outside, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer, new golf carts, new flooring throughout much of the house, new paint throughout entire home, new furniture in most of the house, new lamps and decor in many areas, new light fixtures, new hardware, new roof, new exterior stairs, and much more!
What makes this property unique
This home is located in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Ocean Lakes offers a super safe neighborhood for families where everyone drives golf carts around. There is a waterpark with lazy river and multiple water slides, mini golf, arcade, grocery and gift store, restaurant, coffee shop, many lakes for fishing, cornhole, basketball, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, multiple parks, EV charging station, nature center, and of course a one mile long stretch of gorgeous beach!
