Happy

Great location. Owners were great i had to text a question to them kinda late and they answered pretty quick. Only thing I'd tell people is there is no coin machine in laundry rooms, so take some quarters with you. Hard to find at 10pm when doing laundry. Other then that everything was great!

Amazing Condo!

The description of this condo was so accurate. It was immaculately clean and as you would expect in a recently re-modelled condo, everything was in excellent condition. It was in an ideal location, near the water where we were lucky to see dolphins and a manatee besides various sea-birds. Watching passing water traffic was also great and the condo's position near the pool a bonus too. The beach was just across the road. The Owners Mariana and Matt were so easy to contact and deal with when we had a query. There were numerous eating places in the vicinity too. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to be lucky enough to return.

Quick mid-week work stay

First impression good, but once to start looking at the details, not so fresh. It's outdated and isn't as nice of an update. The pillows on the main bed were so thin. When we went to get extra pillows, the pillow cases smelled old and musty. Stain on the couch, weird flakes in the couch, large cochroaches on the 2nd night. Dusty stovetop. Showerhead had good pressure but the head needs to be changed. When we washed fruit, there was a yellow stain on the paper towel so something weird with the water. Location amazing, pool area nice and warm. Nice beach toys. They don't advertise a desk for working, but the internet worked well. They have too many shelving units in the living room area that don't bring anything to the space but take up space. Put in an office desk like the other units. Parking is strict even though the lot was not even half full but we were there Wed-Friday. Coin operated washer, dryer on site.

Worth It!

We have stayed at this property before, our favorite clean pool plenty of chairs backs up to bay. This unit is well appointed and so far the best we’ve had. Furniture very comfortable and clean. The unit has the details you want. Beach gear and starter kit of Tp and dish soap. Waterfront patio to watch the sunrise and private entrance to beach for sunsets. Quiet laid back area. Will book this unit again Hosts were great! Can’ t go wrong here.

Nice Place

The location is nice and very close to the beach. The property is nice too. Be prepared to supply your own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and other necessities. Extra clean towels/washcloths would be nice too (one towel/eashcloth) per person is supplied for the week. Not worth it for the price I paid, especially when the weeks surrounding the week we stayed were about $2,000 less.

Great stay and location

Really enjoyed our stay. Good price, great location, nice deck with view of intercoastal waterway. Good communication from owners. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway!

It was a cute Vaca spot for us. The condo was clean and comfy we got good rest. We absolutely loved the beach distance and the beach was beautiful! We enjoyed a shot time by the pool as well. Thanks for having us. The Kelleyz of DE

Getaway!

We loved our stay at this resort. The condo was fabulous! Things we loved: first floor canal front, steps from a fantastic pool, four minute walk to the beach, condo was newly remodeled and very comfortable, Perfect location in Indian Shores. Overall, it’s a quiet - relaxed vibe which is what we were looking for !

Beautiful bay view sunrise off the bk patio and Ocean Sunsets just across the street!

The Communication was outstanding with our host throughout our stay & checkout, that was key for us. The drive from St Petersburg (PIE) was apx 25-35 min. The walk to the beach was apx 2 min once we settled in. The Condo itself was very clean and properly furnished to enjoy our week without hassle. There is ample closet (with hangers)and dresser storage to unpack. The condo community was very quiet and comfortable in the evenings. (Pick up or Bring your favorite coffee there is a coffee pot.) Or walk down the street 5 min to a unique coffee house (Indian Shores Coffee) with outdoor seating along Gulf Blvd. One of the best restaurants around we enjoyed was (Salt Rock) a 2 min walk from the Condo, which you can access from the bay side or from Gulf Blvd. The parking is right outside your door with "no" stair cases to navigate. You only have to drive a short distance to find whatever you desire to fulfill your vacation needs. (If the soft sandy bearfoot beach isn't enough.) We had a great time as we stayed for a Rugby Tournament. Our 17 yr old Daughter did use the pull down bed 2 nights with us and slept comfortably as well. Thank you from the Blocher Family!
