- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Motorcycles, RVs, and Campers are not permitted in the Resort.
- Golf carts are not permitted on the roadways and streets of the Resort.
- Swimming and the use of paddle boards are prohibited in the Resort lagoon and lake system.
- Fishing is permitted from the locations described in the Resort Lagoon Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines. A fish license is required from the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources and “catch and release” must be practiced.
- The gas fireplace is not to be used by guests.
- No Live TV, only apps guests will have to sign into to stream TV.

Parking Details:
A maximum of 4 vehicles may park at this home.
Garage parking is not available.
No street parking is available.
*You need to contact us prior to your check-in date to reserve your car passes. Parking passes are required for all vehicles by the Resort. The per-vehicle parking fees are as follows and will be charged to the guest at the end of the stay:
1-2 Nights $0
3-7 Nights $25
8-14 Nights $40
15-90 Nights $50
91-180 Nights $50
Please contact us to let us know how many car passes you need. At check-in, you must pick up your car pass at the office located at the front of Palmetto Dunes (PD). The office closes at 7pm, After 7pm your car passes will be at the gate waiting for you.*

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Beach Gear Credit:

AvantStay has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests!

Guests with reservations of 2 to 14 nights at participating AvantStay properties will receive a credit towards beach gear rentals during your stay. The credit amount will vary based on your booking. You may use your credit for bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, and more - the choice is yours!

Once you’ve made your reservation at one of our participating properties, be on the lookout for an email from VayK Gear to make your gear selection. If you reach the credit limit, you can still add additional items priced at their exclusive, discounted rates. To keep your vacation stress-free, your gear will be delivered to your rental property on the day you arrive and will be picked up the day you depart.

PLEASE NOTE: From mid-spring to early fall, beach gear inventory - especially bicycles - are in high demand and may be limited. We recommend reserving your gear as early as possible.

*Credit is applicable to guest reservations of 2 to 14 nights only. There is no cash value if the credit is not used. Some properties do not participate in this program and will not have any reference to beach gear credit in their property descriptions.
