The space:
Unique cozy Southwest style home. 3 Bedroom: Master king bed, queen bedroom and smaller twin bedroom. Master and small bedroom on 2nd floor, 2nd bedroom on the ground level. Very large sofa same size as a twin if you need another place to sleep. Fireplace and comfortable living room with high definition TV and Xfinity Flex Stream box. There is a nice patio with fountain. This is a lovely comfortable home.

There will be a nice sheet of “Things to Know” that will be on the counter when you arrive. There is a garage and you will have access via garage remote for longer term stays 28 days or longer or garage code for shorter term stays (27 days or less).

A beautiful place!

A huge house....clean, airy, lots of natural light. Very relaxing. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen to cook in.

We loved this property from the 1st time we saw it. It is unique for the neighborhood and has the Southwest flare that represents our New Mexico culture. It is clean and comfortable and ready for your enjoyment.

What makes this property unique

It is in a lovely neighborhood that existing neighbors of 20+ years describe as "quiet and peaceful". Albuquerque is a small city so everything close relatively speaking. You can get about anywhere in 20min or less.
