Beautiful 2 story 3bd/3.5ba unattached home. Brand new appliances, granite countertops, furniture, flooring, bathrooms, and paint. All three bedrooms (King/Queen/Queen) located on the second floor have en-suite full bathrooms and 43" Smart TVs. The first floor features includes new large sectional, 60" Smart TV and kitchen with granite island and bar seating. The kitchen is equipped with table settings and utensils for 8, Keurig stocked with K cups, large Brita water pitcher, toaster, microwave, and more.

Located about 1.5 miles to Ole Miss campus, Oxford's great dining scene, and many unique shops. Includes access to two pools and 2 pickel ball courts and a a basketball court. Oxford's free transit system, O.U.T., picks up inside of the development and travels to the Square and Ole Miss campus

Egg Bowl fun

Quiet, charming and ready to go turn-key VRBO. All amenities are designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms, new stainless appliances, bath fixtures, memory beds, linens and towels. Two pools (seasonal hours), walking paths, and a basketball court available in the neighborhood. Ideally located less than 2 miles to the university campus and Oxford square. Great dining options with all over Oxford, from City Grocery, St. Leo or Boure on the square or King's, an old school steak house, located near the Oxford/University Airport. Come enjoy what we believe is one of the nicest homes on THE nicest lot in Rowandale!
