We were 3 couples. In Folly for the beach mainly. Like the area for the surfer vibe and quiet. Prefer beach towns where there is not much to do, no resorts, no big condo towers, uncrowded beaches.Pros:-This place was very clean. -It had everything we needed as far as kitchen utensils, a grill with plenty of propane, beach cart, beach chairs, plenty of TP and paper towels, dishwasher pacs, soap, trash bags, etc. Nice to not have to buy all that stuff.-A/C units worked great. -Great location!! Walk to Bert's Market, Chico Feo, Center St and more restaurants, easily walkable to beach but we rented a 6 seat golf cart. Highly recommend if you like to haul a lot of stuff to the beach. Cons: Only thing we thought would make this house better would be a larger kitchen and common area on first floor. To be clear the description was not deceiving, photos were realistic. I was hoping it wouldn't matter but we spend a lot of time cooking and hanging out in the evening so it seemed a little too cozy for us. Would be fine for a family of . Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons, so this deserves 5 stars.

We are happy you enjoyed the home; we strive to keep clear, up to date photos of the home. We are pleased to see that you noticed amenities like beach chairs, starter supplies of paper and cleaning products, and well-equipped kitchen. The home is located a short walk from the beach, local eateries, and entertainment. It also features a comfortable dining and living area, in addition to extra seating on the porch right outside of the kitchen, and a spacious yard. We are sorry the living room was not for you but do offer a home with more space at 620 E Ashley. We would love to host your next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this house on Folly. We came down for the "Save the Light" 5K and stayed for 4 nights. This house was delightful...beautifully and uniquely decorated and a fantastic location close to everything...easy walk to the beach, restaurants and Bert's! The porch and gated backyard were perfect for our golden doodle and would be great for kids, too. Communication was easy and efficient. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again :)

Great 5 night stay with plenty of room. Loved the location, within walking distance of Center St. and close to the beach. Fabulous outdoor areas, sufficient parking, and bedrooms were very comfortable. Great bathrooms also. Like having the necessities upon arrival. Plenty of beach chairs for all, although I don't think that info was shared. Would definitely stay again!

Great family stay

Our family of five had a comfortable, lovely stay here in Folly Beach. It's a perfect size for all of us (teens and adults) to have their own space. Kitchen is relatively small, but well-stocked. Rental management had excellent communication throughout, including when a repair was needed - quickly took care of it. Loved the walkable location to the beach and downtown Folly.

Wonderful

This was our second time staying at 305 East Erie and it didn't disappoint! We love this house - the layout is perfect for our family (parents and teen kids). The top floor master with bath and balcony is a great place for us to relax while the kids are downstairs. The decor is funky and artsy and cool. And the openness of the first floor is conducive to communal meals, tv watching, game playing, etc. Easy walk to beach and town. Can't wait to return.

Easter weekend family Folly

I, my husband, my brother and our adult daughters had a great Easter weekend stay. The house location makes for an easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. The house itself is very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 5 of us and our dog too. The kitchen, while small, is surprisingly well equipped with dishes, utensils, and plenty of other gadgets to make anything from Easter brunch to a quick lunch.
