This three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome will open the door to a world of enjoyment that lasts throughout the seasons. This new one-of-a-kind townhome offers views of the Continental Divide, Old Man Mountain, and Lumpy Ridge! This stylish abode is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The townhome is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. It offers fully equipped features: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, gas fireplace, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wi-fi. This townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. This is a bi-level unit with one king master bedroom and a bunk bed room on the first floor. The bunk bed room has one twin over queen bunk bed and one regular bunk bed. On the second floor is the main living space and another king master bedroom. This townhome sleeps 9 people in approximately 1500 square feet and is not pet friendly. Additionally, there is a conjoining door in the living room that can connect to our other 3 bedroom townhome Unit 273. Please check out the policy page for more information.

New years family vacation

I loved the open concept in the main living area. It was located about 20 minute walk to town. A little difficult with little ones to walk. It had 3bedrooms as described but did not have 3full bathrooms. One was a powder room. The carpet needs to be cleaned. There weren’t any kitchen towels. The couches need to be desperately replaced. They are very worn and sunken in. Hard to get off couch. The main bedroom is on the main living floor which is nice. I would suggest a real door for that bedroom and not a barn door. Little privacy. The heater wasn’t keeping accurate temperature . The basement was cold in one room and hot in the other room. Bring a portable floor heater. The hot tub area was very nice. Upkeep on chemicals needed. The water was a bit murky needed chlorine. The host Betty was amazing! Very accommodating and helped us out when needed. There was a shortage of towels and Betty brought us more towels very quickly. Toilet paper and paper towels were low and Betty got us more very quickly. Overall stay was nice.

Overall great but…

Just a few things to improve. Carpet was very dirty. Maybe should be replaced with wood due to so many people there. Not sure the resort enforces their rules. House next to us had at least 4 dogs barking constantly. The resort talks about 1 vehicle per condo. What about the weddings? There were 3 weddings in our 4 night stay snd they parked all over including in condo spots. At one point we could barley get our car out.
