Newly furnished, one level, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home, large fully equipped kitchen, great room with brand new reclining couches, double sliders look out to pool (can be heated only between March-October) with waterfall. Many amenities to make your stay comfortable; BBQ grill, patio tables, outdoor gas firepit, private pool, washer/dryer, cable/Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen.

-2nd bedroom with King
-3rd bedroom with (2) twins
-all linen, blankets, pillows provided
-towels in bathroom(s) and kitchen, pool towels also
-2 areas for seating in backyard
-gas grill under covered patio
-gas fire pit
-all rooms have USB ports available
-Smart TVs located in Great room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Cable provided.

- Pool Heater (MUST INQUIRE and PAY at time of booking for use of pool heater)
Inquire at time of booking. DUE to unpredictability of outside temperatures the pool heater is restricted to use during months of March-October. Inquire for more information.

Very relaxing

The home was clean and very organized. You could not ask for a more relaxing pool area. The owners were attentive and made sure everything was just right. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Lots of Space

House was more than we expected. Kitchen was well stocked and there was tons of space for us to relax in. Enjoyed the outdoor space as well.

Family Trip

We are so glad that we stayed at this property. It had everything that we needed and the backyard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our morning coffee. The communication with the property owner was fantastic and timely. We would stay here again!

Absolutely perfect in every way. We will return!

From top to bottom all perfect. Clean, good location, owner returns emails, all appliances work, pool is clean and maintained….. I can’t think of any complaints.

Amazing property

Tonya and Scott gave us our home away from home. The house is well maintained, clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Tonya responded quickly to any texts. Easy traveling from there to Phoenix and Tucson. We will definitely try to stay there again when we hopefully return to Arizona. Thank you Tonya and Scott!

Comfortable and Peaceful

We rented this house because it was near our relatives in San Tan Valley. The house is well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. We were particularly impressed with how well the kitchen was outfitted - we like to cook and had everything we needed. In our experience, this is unusual in a rental! Tonya and Scott were wonderful hosts - we enjoyed working with them and they make us feel welcome.

A beautiful home with everything we wanted.

I am building a house in a nearby community and was in town for a meeting with the construction manager. A good friend joined me on this trip and we stayed at this beautiful home. There was plenty of space and each of us. The bedrooms had lots of space and the beds were very comfortable. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen had every pot, pan, dish and utensil we needed, and more. We also used the grill on the back patio. The back yard was incredible from the pool with waterfall to the landscaping and lighting. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this property and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-appointed home.

Lovely Place for a Getaway

The house was exactly as advertised...super-clean and with all the comforts of home! Tonya was very easy to work with and always accessible if we had any questions. The property is very spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. We definitely enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Our only suggestion would be to add a mirror in the 2nd bedroom. We booked the property knowing that it was a short distance from Phoenix/Scottsdale but we did spend most of our time exploring these areas so we had to endure the commute each time we went exploring. This wasn't an issue on the weekend but there was a lot of traffic on the weekday mornings. As long as you don't mind the drive, this is the place for you!

We started coming to San Tan Valley over 10 years ago and fell in love the area. Our favorite hiking is in the San Tan Regional Mountains. The area hosts many restaurants and shops but also provides us with the relaxation away from the hustle of everyday life. We chose Copper Basin neighborhood because of its quietness and it still being in close proximity of hikes, stores.
