The condo was in great location, beach was just a few steps away! Plenty of parking. Check in was easy. We had some maintenance issues while staying there - broken washing machine, there were visible spots on bed sheets. The property manager addressed issues fast. The condo itself is a bit dated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the location. I also appreciate you bringing up the cleaning concerns. I noticed that there were no issues reported until the evening before your check-out, and I wish I had the opportunity to address any concerns earlier. Your comfort is very important to me, and I’ll make sure to review and improve our cleaning process to enhance future stays.

The property was clean and just as the pictures showed. The location was great - the shortest walk to the beautiful beach and in the middle of all of the attractions Myrtle beach has to offer. Check in was easy and communcation with host was easy through vrbo app. I would book again.

Walked the beach and enjoyed a beautiful sunset! The location was perfect for our needs. Would suggest more than 1 trash bag for a weeks stay. Also would have been helpful to have directions to use TV controls.

Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the beach, sunset, and the location! I appreciate your suggestion regarding additional trash bags; I do mention in the listing that guests should bring any extra supplies needed beyond the initial provision. If you need any help with the TV controls or anything else during your stay, I’m always available and happy to assist. I hope to host you again in the future!

Wonderful beach stay. The host was extremely accommodating and responded immediately to requests. The apartment was very clean and quiet. The ac was super cold and kept the apartment so comfortable even though it was 100 outside! The beach was so close and accessible. Parking situation was excellent. We had everything we needed and had such a great time here.

Allen, thank you for your review and for letting me know you enjoyed the place. Regarding hot water, I did send a plumber as soon as you brought it to my attention. I wasn't aware the issue continued, as I didn't hear back from you about it afterward. I will follow up with my team to ensure this is fully resolved so future stays are as comfortable as possible. Thank you again for your feedback.

This "hard to beat" rental is in a beautiful location with private, easy access to the beach. Parking was easy with a pass (Be sure to include unit number and departure date.) Restaurants and recreational activities are within easy driving distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the Skywheel and Barefoot Landing. We loved having a view of the ocean. There was ample storage space. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We would go back!
Easy beach access
