I really enjoyed staying at this unit. It had a beautiful view of the ocean. The place was clean and had all the essential things we needed for our vacation. Overall great place and will definitely come back.
Hawaii and Sea Village gave us a much needed vacation as winter is cooling down in Alberta.
This condo is very well furnished for visitors. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The home was spotless and we loved our view and the grounds were beautiful. We will return π
This condo is lovely, spacious, and comfortable. All items that were needed were here.
The view was nice just as advertised. Outside bbq and picnic are was well maintained and cleaned daily. Pool is quaint with a great view.
Definitely a repeat vacation spot.
We had a great family trip for 16 people! Rented four condos and all were clean and well equipped. Sea Village had a great bbq area and pool. Close to town and amazing views! Loved the extra water floaties and beach chairs available in rooms. We will be back π
We owned a condo at Kona Makai for 17 years, so are familiar with Sea Village, but have never stayed. Loved the complex, and the unit was in a great location and good condition, and had sunsets from the lanai. Would return.

We had a great stay. The staff does a great job with gardening, maintaining and the bbq's, and the pool area was super clean and well kept. Snorkeling off the rocks behind the pool was fantastic if you pick calm conditions. My only complaint would be the fridge was not level so the door would want to pen till it hit the wall aceoss from it (not much room there). We will be back!
Room was clean, well stocked and grounds were really nicely cared for. Views of the ocean were so nice and loved the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Saw a few whales breaching and spinner dolphins spinning which was unexpected. There is no AC, but plenty of fans and with the cross breeze it was always a nice temperature. Thank you for a memorable stay in Kona :)
I booked this unit as our family were all staying at the Sea Village for our family vacation. The unit itself is excellent however would benefit with having an A/C Unit to help with air movement as well as reduce the humidity within the unit. The fans provided were definitely helpful. Overall the unit was very clean and nice.

Great place to stay!! Clean, well stocked with pots, pans, slilverware etc...I'll miss having coffee in the morning on the lanai listening to the ocean and the tropical birds. Nice little coffee stand in front of property too. No A/C but plenty of fans to keep you cool. Only a 5 minute drive to Kailua village, and there are grocery stores and a Walmart within 10 minutes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! I already miss it
Nice location, easy check-in process. Nice amenities like pool, jacuzzi and several gas grills in the community areas. The one thing we did miss (our own fault for not reading the ad carefully) was the lack of air-conditioning. There were plenty of ceiling and floor fans to keep it comfortable in January. Great communication and service throughout our stay.

Many homes and entire condo complexes in Hawaii were designed to take in the ocean breezes, and they were constructed without the thought of using AC. As with any Vacation Rental or Real Estate listing, the amenities listed are the items included, and we state in our reservation confirmation that you should check the amenities list to make sure a specific amenity, such as AC, is listed. We also remind guests again to check amenities in our rental policies, which everyone agrees to before renting. Our goal is to make your stay the most enjoyable; however, we cannot add something that you need if its not already in the property. We are from Seattle. The lovely garden and comfortable living quarters made the stay a joy. It was easy to entertain the large group of relatives who came to dinner. The only complaints were burned out bulbs with no replacements, a lack of salad bowl and juice squeezer and the distance to the BBQ.

This spacious, well-appointed, clean, peaceful ground level unit offers a lovely view from the lanai across the grassy barbeque area out to the sea. 9PM to 8AM quiet hours keep the mood calm but friendly. No contact check in is convenient and the property concierge response was quick and helpful. This is a great spot to start and end your adventures or just kick back and enjoy Hawai'i Island time. Well outfitted condo. Perfect size for the two of us and location was decent. Nice grounds and pool. Only wish was that the condo had air conditioning, as it got quite warm.
