The condo is great for families with kids - games, pool noodles, beach toys, lifevest, beach chairs, extra sheets/pillows. The condo pool was nice too. The hosts were helpful/responsive with setting up video streaming even though we called on the weekend. Minus 1 star as the location is not very walkable to the beach (if you need to haul any gear).

This condo is probably in the most perfect location you could have in Kona, and a great value! Totally within walking distance of Kona town, the pier, Farmer’s market, restaurants, grocery stores. And beautiful sunsets at the pier every night! My daughter and I didn’t even rent a car for the week we were there. We arrived to some nice drinks, snacks and delicious coffee. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions, but honestly we didn’t have many because all was so clear!Although Kailua Bay is a fairly large condo complex, the unit faces the back and not the street-/minimizing noise. Very quiet.I would 100% recommend, especially if you are a first timer in Kona and really looking for a local feel. We will definitely book again with this host.

This was there first trip for my son and I together and the location was perfect, as well as the condo. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! My son loved to go to the pool and hot tub in the evening. I would definitely recommend staying here!

They had everything that you could possible need for an amazing stay here! So many extras like beach gear, toys and even life jackets for kids! Senior softball tournament short stay

This condo is great ! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. Quick and pleasant response by email to one question I had during the stay. Convenient location, close to grocery stores and restaurants and to the softball fields! Close to beaches but we just enjoyed the hot tub and pool area instead.
