3 bedroom/2 bath newly renovated home located directly on the St John’s River. Home is in no wake zone with dockage, screened porch, parking for three cars, and gorgeous views! Home has been newly painted and furnished. Brand new paver patio with fire pit. Great weekend getaway for boating, fishing, or just relaxing! No animals please owner is allergic. Please note boat lift is not available for use, but plenty of dock space for parking.

There are fishing poles, books, and some board and card games for use during your stay.

My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. The house was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the river traffic. We have stayed here before and are planning on returning.

Beautiful River House!

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful and the location was perfect for us. We took our boat and explored the St. Johns River. We saw so much wildlife and the setting was tranquil and quiet. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and bright. The dock and patio were great places to hang out. We look forward to going back again!

Such a great property for a relaxing vaca. Rachael was the perfect host - very responsive. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. We had the best time utilizing the dock in the evenings…enjoying the wildlife and nature. We’ll definitely be back!

New favorite place to stay

Our Hostess was so thoughtful to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The home exceeded our expectations and having nice tv outside so we could enjoy a football game while relaxing at the fire pit. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars would.
