3 bedroom/2 bath newly renovated home located directly on the St John’s River. Home is in no wake zone with dockage, screened porch, parking for three cars, and gorgeous views! Home has been newly painted and furnished. Brand new paver patio with fire pit. Great weekend getaway for boating, fishing, or just relaxing! No animals please owner is allergic. Please note boat lift is not available for use, but plenty of dock space for parking.

There are fishing poles, books, and some board and card games for use during your stay.

Riverfront Retreat

Great location, perfect to bring your boat to explore, to fish or just relax on the dock. The home was well stocked and very clean. I hope to come back soon!

Winter trip

Two week stay had lots of fishing, hikes, bird watching, watching sunset from dock, boat rides (rented a boat for a week). The property was exactly what we wanted.

Beautiful River House!

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful and the location was perfect for us. We took our boat and explored the St. Johns River. We saw so much wildlife and the setting was tranquil and quiet. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and bright. The dock and patio were great places to hang out. We look forward to going back again!

Great Stay

Took our boat down from Jacksonville to the property. Great dock. Great communication with owner. Hope they enjoyed us as guests as much as we enjoyed staying there. We look forward to returning in the near future!

Beautiful view of the St. John’s River

We had a wonderful time at your home on the St John’s River. The house was very comfortable and clean with everything provided that you need. The outside porch, fire pit and dock was extremely pleasant to use. Great place!

New favorite place to stay

Our Hostess was so thoughtful to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The home exceeded our expectations and having nice tv outside so we could enjoy a football game while relaxing at the fire pit. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars would.

Awesome on-the-river spot

Castaway restaurant had the best seafood Hit a couple springs and met up with friends. Love this area of Florida.

Great riverfront location.

We stayed here while visiting the area. Location was great right in the river. You could sit out on the dock and watch the boats go by or sit in the huge attached screened in porch and enjoy the evening breezes. The entire house is updated including a beautiful walk in shower. There is a huge sectional couch with built in recliners and a new 65” TV in the living room. It also had a washer and dryer which was very nice to have during our stay. There was a BBQ grill and even fishing poles if you wanted to try your luck fishing off the dock. There was also a carport which was nice because we were able to park our motorcycles underneath. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

Truly relaxing!

Such a great property for a relaxing vaca. Rachael was the perfect host - very responsive. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. We had the best time utilizing the dock in the evenings…enjoying the wildlife and nature. We’ll definitely be back!
