We loved our stay! It's right in the middle of the town and shops, very close to the lake, about 5-10 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, in a safe area, and the host communicates promptly. There's a kitchen with all of the appliances, as well as a washer/dryer and there was laundry detergent available for us and lots of towels. 10/10 would recommend.

We made a quick trip to Grand Lake and truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was close to everything but also tucked behind the main store front so it was nice and quiet in the evening. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get.

We had a great time. This property is right in the middle of Grand Lake. It is surrounded by mountains and just a few minutes from the West Entrance to Ricky Mountain National Park.

Enjoyed the walkability to many area sights, restaurants and of course, ice cream shop by the water (the best homemade in the area!). Would definitely stay here again. Great location!! Right in the middle of historic Grand Lake. Easy access to everything. Property was very neat, well maintained and upgraded nicely. The only thing I would add would be window shades for the two higher windows as the street light shown in. Overall excellent property with great access.

Great location and spacious studio. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed a beautiful weekend in GL and RMNP. Didn’t do any cooking, but looked a little bare on cooking equipment. Would suggest to host to supply hair blow dryer in bathroom and dust pan for broom.

It is in the 40's at night in the summer. There is a reason nobody has air conditioning this high in the mountains. You are supposed to open the windows and use the fans.
