Pueblito Escondito Stay

This place was nice, very close to the small beach area, but also close to Mamitas playa. Close to 5th street dining and shopping but not in the noisy area. Staff was very helpful to resolve the two small issues I had with the condo. Very nice place at a good price point.

amazing place to spen time in playa del carmen

we loved becaus it was big and next to the pool , plus a rooth top infity pool with ocean view !! . and alos in a very quite area so the night was super quite in general as playa del carmen could be very actif cityu some time !!! and the the people was realy helpfull in general at the place alway happy to help

Convenient location to stay at!

The walking distance to 5th avenue and all the local shops and restaurants are convenient. The pool is convenient being right outside the back porch. The room is quiet you cannot hear anything at night. The hotel staff was very attentive and welcoming. The beach is really close to this location. The smell is so intense of mildew and mold, you get a big a smell of it when you first walk in. This room really needs a large dehumidifier. I had to buy room fresheners and cleaners to help tolerate the smell. The futon bed in the living room is generously stained and the cushions need to be replaced. We laid one of the sheets on the futon cushion just to sit on it. The other futon is way too low to lay on and too close to the ground. We had 2 really bad water leaks in the closet, management was very attentive to send someone out to take a look at it. The room was “clean” but I can’t say it was the cleanest. The kitchen was fine, but it really needs a deep clean, like physically pulling out the appliances out and cleaning out Any clothing you bring there and don’t wear will linger from the smell of that room. We had to wash everything we brought from that room and spray down the luggage with disinfectant. I was kindly asked to leave a review by the management, but omit the review if it wasn’t a 5 star rating. I wouldn’t have booked this room if I knew the honest ratings and stories that I read online from previous guest from this exact room.
