Una vacanza Oceanfront non può andare meglio di così !! Siete proprio sulla spiaggia - con una vista spettacolare sul mare e la Indian River State Park & ​​Nature Preserve. Di notte lascia tregua oceano a dormire e la mattina sorseggiare il vostro java da uno dei quattro ponti oceaniche della casa mentre si guarda i delfini giocare.

I proprietari sono orgogliosi di fornire ai propri ospiti con una cucina ben attrezzata, arredamento moderno, bagni ristrutturati di recente, 10 posti a sedere (sia nelle sale da pranzo e familiari) e ampie sedie a sdraio. La nostra casa dispone di un climatizzatore a 2 zone unico in modo che tutti i 3 livelli rimangano freschi per il massimo comfort. Forniamo tutto il necessario per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile!

Al piano terra vi è un parcheggio per 2 auto nel posto auto coperto, una doccia esterna, una griglia, e una lavanderia con deposito biciclette. La nostra comunità campi da tennis / campo da pic-nic, parco giochi e padiglione coperto per barbecue e picnic si trovano proprio di fronte alla casa.

Il primo piano offre una terrazza (bayside) con tavolo / sedie e lettini. Il primo piano ha una grande sala da pranzo, 1/2 bagni, cucina e camera familiare (completamente attrezzata con libri, giochi, puzzle, DVD e divano letto queen). Cenate-in sotto il portico di fronte all'oceano proiettato-in o godere di una festa granchio sul tavolo da picnic grande sul ponte sull'oceano. Rilassatevi nelle sedie Adirondack in casa nostra - che è letteralmente parte della spiaggia!

Il secondo piano offre una grande camera da letto con vista sull'oceano con 2 letti singoli, un presepe full-size e una proiettato in veranda con tavolo, sedie e divani. Dall'altra parte del corridoio, si trova un'altra grande sala che può essere separata da una parete divisoria fisarmonica - la camera da letto di sinistra ha una serie di letti a castello e la camera da letto a destra con 2 letti singoli (che possono essere fatte in un letto matrimoniale). Una nuova, bagno ristrutturato si trova al secondo piano.

Al piano superiore, la camera da letto principale dispone di totale privacy in una camera spaziosa con un bellissimo soffitto a volta dotate di travi in ​​legno, lucernari, comode sedie da lettura e un ponte sull'oceano con sedie, lettini e tavoli. La vista dal fronte all'oceano ponte camera matrimoniale non può essere battuto!

Can't beat the location of this property! Three decks overlooking the ocean. Beautiful Master Suite. Matt's Fish Camp within walking distance and the wonderful Bluecoast Seafood Grill down the road. Janice was a wonderful host and called me after I booked the property to go over details which I have never had done before.We had no children there but the access to the beach would be so easy! Thanks Janice.

We had a fantastic stay! Lots of room for two families with kids and cannot beat the ocean views. We had previously stayed a block away in Tower Shores and, while that 5 minute walk to the beach is no big deal, it was amazing how convenient it felt to be right on the beach! We loved our stay and we love Tower Shores! Janice's rental is equipped with lots of kid and adult games as well as beach chairs and umbrellas which complemented our stay.

Beautiful townhome !! Steps from the beach

The unit was very homey, with a beach cottage vibe. I loved all the back deck and screened in porch area as we ate dinner and had crabs while enjoying the view. The house has everything you would need for a vacation from kitchen items, beach items and plenty of beds.The location was awesome as you are at the very end of Bethany beach with private beach access for the community only , so it was overly crowded. The house is maybe 100-200 feet from the ocean so very easy to be able to walk back up to the house through out the day. We will be back !!

My husband and I learned from my brother who rented a house on the same street that we paid excessive fees and hope there is a return of money as the house was left in excellent condition. Disappointingly there was no laundry soap or dishwasher tablets which we have found in abundance at other rentals. Problems with the house were quickly resolved by the handyman.

Perfect beach week with family

Everything about our stay was incredible. The view is literally breathtaking the moment you walk in the door. Janice’s home is comfortable, clean, and well outfitted with everything you could want for a beach getaway. We loved the dual zone air conditioning when it was time to escape the heat. Nothing beats watching dolphins from the family room though! One small thing to note—the stairs have an open side when going up to the second floor. With two young toddlers it was a little nerve wracking at first, but they got used to it quickly. We’d love to rent here again in the future!

Family-friendly beachfront haven

Janice’s home is spectacular! The beachfront location can’t be beat! The check in process was easy, and Janice was very responsive to our questions. We traveled with grandparents, a child, and an infant (6 total people) and were very comfortable. It was very helpful to have a crib and highchair for the infant; the crib and mattress are modern and safe. The highchair doesn’t have a tray, so next time I’d bring a placemat for the table. The beds are very comfortable; be sure to bring sheets and towels, but pillows are available. The kitchen has a great coffee pot and everything needed to make meals. Some things that we were glad we brought along: coffee filters, foil, condiments, hand and dish towels. The beach chair selection on the premises is huge; we really didn’t need to bring any. There are also beach umbrellas, beach toys, and a few boogie boards. The beach itself is lovely with glorious sunrises and dolphins sighted frequently. Needless to say, we hope to return for future vacations!

Great location, comfy home

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Tower Shores condo. Pictures online depicted property perfectly with only exception being that the 3rd and 4th bedroom are really connected only by an accordion wall, yet they each have a door and window. Luckily, our host prepared us for this by phone prior to our stay so there weren’t any surprises and it actually worked well for our little ones. It’s a very nice location on a quiet beach, close to both Bethany Beach and Rehoboth boardwalks for shopping and restaurants within approx 20 min. So nice being able to walk right out back door everyday and be on the beach in minutes. Cooling system kept even top 3rd floor very comfortable. Frig and appliances could use some updating, but worked well enough for our family of 7. Thank you for sharing your cozy beach house!

Great week at the beach

The location is great. We enjoyed using all of the outdoor spaces. We had dinner at the picnic table, the table in the screened-in porch, and the table in front to watch the sunset. I watched the sunrise from the screened-in porch on the second floor while my friends were still sleeping.

Location, Location!!

Great location directly on the beach. We loved relaxing on the screened in porches and balconies with ocean views and breezes. Well stocked kitchen.

Steps from the Beach.... literally......

I was lucky to have found this gem of a home for a last minute getaway in September! The owners were A-1 to deal with from the start, and the call to "touch base" after arrival was greatly appreciated! The positives of the property are endless- but here's a few key highlights! 1. Location- just South of Indian River Inlet and not quite in Bethany proper equals fewer crowds and quiet! The property is literally 25-35 steps from the beach (depending on your stride) and that's measuring from the door at the porch! No hauling coolers down to your spot for a day at the beach- it's easy access to the home to pop in to use the restroom, or grab a snack! 2. Space- wonderful indoor & outdoor spaces! 3 levels of ocean front decks and 1 level of bay side. Bedrooms are spacious as well! Well appointed and great layout! I highly recommend this property! We can't wait to visit with our children next summer!

Can't imagine a more beautiful stay in Bethany

We have rented this townhouse every summer for 10 years. Our family just loves it. The owners are wonderful to work with--so responsive and they attend to every detail. The beach house is lovely. The neighbors are fantastic. Right on the beach and close to the State Seashore--we walked with the kids every night. Across the street are tennis courts and a playground. This is just the perfect beach house.

Awesome Family Vacation

We stayed with another family (4 adults and 5 kids under the age of 10). The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for everyone! Beach-wise you cannot beat it. Being able to walk off the back deck onto the private beach was perfect (everyone on the beach was family friendly and we didn't have to fight the crowds like Ocean City). The owner called after the first couple of days to make sure we had everything we needed- that was very comforting! We highly recommend this rental to anyone with kids or just want a relaxing get a way right on the beach!

A wonderful experience!

We spent a wonderful week here! Two couples with children ranging in age from 2-9 and we were quite comfortable. Very well maintained and fully functional kitchen made our stay an easy one. Things we loved most-back deck, ocean views, screened in porches, beach as a backyard, ammenities like beach toys/chairs, games...Wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay here again!!

Perfect Family Vacation

What a stunning home! Our family enjoyed every minute in this perfect beachside gettaway. Our two young children enjoyed walking out the back door and right onto the beach which is only steps away from the spacious back patio. The master suite was huge, private and had gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. The house exceeded all of our expectations and we can't wait to go back!

Can't imagine staying anywhere else

This is our fourth year staying at this beautiful home away from home. The owners are incredibly lovely to work with, and their home is meticulously cared for and cozy. Our children adore their week at the house with the beach as a front yard and a playground in the back yard. There's nothing as relaxing as sitting on one of the many decks in the early morning or evening hours, watching dolphins swim by and the waves roll in. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.

Dream rental!

We rented this property for 2 families with kids ranging from 2-9. It was amazing! This place is right on the beach! The kids loved playing in the back yard-which was the beach! The beach is beautiful! And we really did see dolphins! Will definitely come back!
