This home is located in a safe middle class neighborhood. Few minutes away from grocery stores, entertainment, major freeways, etc. Nice yard for your pets to able to run around on. Two car garage to allow you park your car in a garage.

30 minutes from Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Downtown Los Angeles, Big Bear, Dodger Stadium, Angle Stadium, Inglewood, Hollywood. Perfect located.
HOUSE RULES:

1) Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates the House Rules. If you arrive with more guests than you booked, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed to check-in.

2) Check in is anytime after 4pm, please communicate your arrival time. Please don't arrive early without prior notice we have agreed on early check-in and the early check-in fee was paid.

3) No smoking in the house.

4) No eating in the bedrooms

5) No parties / No events

6) No illegal activity, this includes marijuana. The smell is horrible!

7) Please don't walk around in the home with your shoes on. Please take them off when waking throughout the home.

8) All Pets have to be approved first. Not all pets are welcome. There is an extra cleaning fee based on the size of the pet, length of stay, and amount of pets. If pets are approved, pets are not allowed on the Furniture and beds. Please clean up your pets mess. Don’t leave it for the next guest.

9) This is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment. Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite hours are from 9pm-7am.

10) Please leave the place neat and clean before leaving. This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use. Place all towels in the shower.
