Other amenities like grocery stores, parks, stadiums, and the IMG Academy are all an easy drive away.

At home, delight in the lush landscaping of your private, fully fenced back yard while you relax on the expansive deck and enjoy watching the fish in the koi pond. Inside, you’ll find an updated, light-filled space. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, and the whole gang can dine together at the table for four. After a day at the beach, relax in the central AC while you stream the latest release in the family room. Use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media, then step back outside for dinner alfresco under the café lights on the patio. End the night roasting marshmallows around the firepit, with the first perfect vacation vacation day behind you - and another one in store for tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
