About this property

Relaxing and spacious 4bd/2 Ba

This property is located in a quiet residential area. Clean and roomy home centrally located near shopping areas, restaurants and lakes.
Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, 2 twin size beds and 1 queen air mattress (air mattress only available when reservation is more than 8)
Each bedroom has its own smart TV.
Master bedroom has its own bathroom with a jetted tub and 2 walk in closets.

The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with toaster, blender, coffee maker, glasses, mugs, dishes and silverware.

A furnished patio available for gathering.
Please Note: Guests aren't allowed to bring bring any type of grill because of a safety hazard.

For guests with new profiles without reviews, we do require a $400 refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed.
This refundable security deposit will be refounded after check-out (granted that there are no missing items or damages to our property after your stay)

Clean and spacious

This home is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. The coffee pot requires ground coffee and filters are provided. The ice maker works. Bring your own Kleenex and wash cloths. Comfy patio furniture. It is well situated between Salado, Belton, and Killeen. Nice park with a walking trail and playground around the corner. The neighborhood is quiet. This suited our needs perfectly.

Our annual get together

This house is spacious, clean and in a great neighborhood. Plenty of room for the kids and adult gathering and individual activities as well. We can play group games at the dining table and kids can build lego models or explore group activities in the large adjoining living room. The kitchen is large and open to the living room and dining room. The coffee pot is older so you'll need ground coffee. If you plan to do laundry buy or bring your pods and for the dishwasher also. They had none for the laundry and 2 for the dishwasher. Also, there are no potholders. We used the table mats as potholders as they are thick. We have rented this house for our annual gathering for the last two years. I always like to know what i need for supplies, so these are not criticisms, just a heads up. Mariela is a great host and will get right back to you if you need help.
