The space
Inviting and open single-story house accommodating up to 10. A spacious lakefront home that includes 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an enclosed patio with pool and hot tub, game room, laundry area, and blazing fast internet connection (200Mbps+). We also include all essential amenities such as towels, bedsheets, pillows, soaps, and many other essentials to help make your stay a great stay.

✨ Queen Master Suite: Comfortable queen-sized bed with private bathroom. This room is also equipped with a workspace.
✨ Kids Suite: Two comfortable twin-sized beds.
✨ Queen Suite: Comfortable queen-sized bed. This room is also equipped with a workspace.
✨ Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric stove/ oven, coffee station, cookware, tableware, dishware, microwave, blender, rice cooker
✨ Great Room: 65” Roku Smart TV, Ample Seating, Dining Area, Large Island, Access to Patio.
✨ Patio Area: Lounge Chairs, Seating Area, Gas BBQ Grill

Guest access
📍 Guest will be residing in a Gated Community with 24/7 Security.
📍 Guests will have access to the entire house which includes the patio, pool, and hot tub.
📍 Guests will also have access to all of the communities’ provided amenities when open which include a Fitness Center, Park, Clubhouse, and Basketball/ Tennis Courts.

Other things to note
💥 Housekeeping: The house will be professionally cleaned and ready for your arrival. We do not provide daily housekeeping during your stay. Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra cost.

💥 Pool Heat: Pool heater is available for an additional cost of $40 per day (This charge includes both pool and jacuzzi). Please let us know one week before your stay. The pool will take at least 24 hours to heat up.

💥 Extra Guests: We have a strong policy for extra guests. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 people. No extra guests are permitted in the home. There will be an extra $50 charge per unauthorized guest per day.

💥 Safety: The house includes a pool gate and exterior door alarms that sound when open.
Although the house has a beautiful lake view and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, getting near the lake is not safe as it has active Florida wildlife.
