My name is Sue and I love working with and meeting new people! I am the property manager for the owners of this beautiful property. My husband and I bought our first vacation home over 17 years ago in Bellaire, MI. We would vacation up north all summer with our family. The community is so friendly and inviting, that as our children got older, we decided to make this our permanent home and moved to Bellaire full time 6 years ago. There is so much to go see and do in northern Michigan with all of the changing seasons.
We decided to buy another property on the lake to rent. This would make it possible for other families to make memories for years to come. With my background in sales and real estate, we decided it would be a fun thing to get involved with other property owners and help manage their properties while they are out of town. This is how I decided to form Bellaire Property Management. I will do whatever I can to make your stay enjoyable and wanting you to come back! :)

Why they chose this property
The condo unit itself is lovely and has a lot to offer! Has a fully furnished kitchen to accommodate all your cooking and cleaning needs! The condo's come with a smart TV's in each room to help stream your favorite apps, a gas fireplace, balcony access on each condo. This is a 3 unit condo space with adjoining doors open to make one large gathering area.
There is a middle unit which in the main unit, it has a full kitchen, living area, loft King bed room with full newly remodeled tile shower and bath. Washer/Dryer and main floor full bath.
2 units on both sides are provided with 2 Queen Beds, Full Bath, and kitchenette.
In the living area there is also a pull out sofa for sleeping.
Staying with us you will also be provided a Shanty Creek pool card, which includes access to 2 indoor pools and hot tubs and an outdoor pool.

250 feet lake frontage with hard sandy bottom & beach, park-like setting, restrooms, kitchen, lounge chairs, gas grills, play structure, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, board games, etc provided. Rent or bring your kayak/canoe and launch from here.
Free Shuttle through Shanty Creek provided to those traveling to and from downtown Bellaire and between Summit, Schuss, and Cedar River.
Access to private Beach Club (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) – Beach, Clubhouse, Playground for Children, Park-style Charcoal Grills, Basketball Court, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Sand Volleyball Pit, Picnic Area.
