**BLACK FRIDAY: FREE POOL HEAT FOR ALL BOOKINGS DURING BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND** Located on the retired Villa de Paz Golf Course this desert retreat offers a backyard oasis with ample privacy. Enjoy the private heated pool (optional), hot tub, and private 3 hole putting green right out the backdoor. Located within walking distance to the Spring Training home of the White Sox and Dodgers and less than a 10 minute drive to State Farm Arena, Tanger Outlets, Gila Bend Arena, and the Westgate Entertainment District makes this a prime location for all events Phoenix has to offer!

Our home is located on a quiet cul de sac with palm trees surrounding the property. The entertaining backyard and private heated pool are the highlight of the property (POOL CAN BE HEATED OR COOLED FOR $25 A DAY- FEE SENT SEPARATELY ). The hot tub is complimentary heated to 100 degrees. Everything in the home has been updated and includes a master bed with a master bath. There are Smart TV's located in the living room and master bedroom and include some apps. There is tons to do in the area which include sporting events, shopping, bars, Top Golf, casino, and not far from Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. Phoenix Sky-Harbor airport is about 20 min away.

The house is professionally cleaned after every guest and the pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned and serviced every Monday. We do our best to stock the house with basic necessities such as stocked kitchen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, some coffee, etc. We do provide our guests 1 spot in the garage for a vehicle.

**We allow some dogs for a $75 fee per reservation. Please enquire when booking**

**The backdoors of the property are up to pool code and serve as part of the fence to the backyard. If you have small children it is VERY IMPORTANT you watch them when they are outside. It is your responsibility to follow all pool and house rules. The pool depth ranges from about 3.5-5.5ft deep. By booking you are agreeing that you are responsible for all guests of your party on the property**

**NO PARTIES: Quiet Hours start at 10:00pm and a fee will be assessed for any noise complaints**

**If you opt for the pool heat we set it to 83 degrees. On some of the cold winter nights it usually takes until about 11am to get back up to 80ish as it shuts off at night and then kicks back on in the morning**
