The space
Located on a quiet dead-end road, our piece of paradise is perfectly positioned on half an acre of pristine landscaping (scattered with various fruit tree). The luxurious 6 bedroom villa features a jaw-dropping resort style infinity hot tub and pool. If that isn’t enough to entice you, you may be persuaded with the spacious swim-up bar/outdoor kitchen or the pool bridge that leads to the fire pit on the edge of the cliff. This is truly a one of a kind property that you have to see to believe! Once you pass through the gates, all your worries and cares slip away as you can fully embrace every moment of tranquility and relaxation.

This romantic Spanish inspired villa provides a warm welcome with a beautifully landscaped entrance. Our rustic solid arched wood doors are dramatic and will really transport you back in time. A unique feature of this property is the stunning indoor courtyard with a pergola that allows natural light and refreshing breeze through the first level, while automatically closing for rainy weather. The main kitchen (located downstairs) is a show stopper…truly the heart of the home and a perfect space for entertaining. The downstairs kitchen is equipped with Panoramic doors that can be fully opened to provide the seamless bridge between indoor and outdoor living with the natural world. Steps from your kitchen, you can take a dip in the resort style infinity pool or even grab a drink at the swim up bar! And if you want to take relaxation to the next level, stretch out in the oversized infinity hot tub for a nice deep soak.

There are 4 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The main master is downstairs, right off the terrace overlooking the bay. It is furnished with a Sleep Number King sized bed and offers a luxurious ensuite with walk in shower and air jet tub–all with a view of the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean. The other three downstairs bedrooms, all feature Queen sized beds…one of which also includes an additional pull out sofa with Queen bed. The laundry room is conveniently located on the first level, off of the courtyard. Each level of the villa has its own kitchen (both offering pass through windows for eating outside), living room, and oversized balcony/terrace (with outdoor showers). The villa is tastefully furnished and fully equipped to provide you with all the comforts of home.

The upstairs oasis offers a full bathroom + additional outdoor shower shared by the 2 bedrooms. Even though this master does not have it’s own ensuite, the heightened views more than make up for it (the view gets even better as you go up)! The upstairs master is also furnished with a luxuriously plush king mattresses for the best night sleep, and has direct access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a side view of the Aguadilla bay, as well as views of lush tropical greenery in front of the property and is furnished with a Full and Queen sized bed. The open concept living room, breakfast nook, and kitchen offer spectacular views of the ocean as well. The upstairs has 2 balconies…the main partially covered oversized balcony overlooking the pool & Caribbean..and the side balcony, which provides a refreshing cross breeze, as well as access to our prized mango tree (mangos are seasonal…seriously though, these are the best)! At night, the main upstairs balcony transforms with bistro lighting to create a magical ambiance…you can also switch off the lights and lay back in the lounge chairs for some epic star gazing!

Crash Boat Villa by the Sea makes you feel worlds away, but is still central to all main attractions on the West Coast. Enjoy spectacular views from our cliff location, while still being walking distance (5-10 minutes) to world famous Crash Boat Beach, as well as Natural/Manglito Beach (known for top notch scuba diving and an epic surf break, when conditions are right). This tropical retreat is the perfect place to escape from the daily grind and be revitalized with some vitamin sea!

Guest access
1. Guests have ample parking inside the gated property.
2. The rental is only to be used by you and your guests that are staying in the house. We require preregistration of all guest staying at the property. Parties are NOT allowed unless prior approval is authorized.

Other things to note

The base price for the property includes the main floor of the house with outdoor access to the upstairs balcony and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Each guest over 8 is an additional $50/night charge (automatically calculated in price). If more than 8 guests are booked, the upstairs will be unlocked and includes an additional 1-2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining nook. We open one upstairs bedroom for the 9th guest, and both upstairs bedrooms for bookings of 10 guests or more—providing access to all 6 bedrooms on the property. Our property is priced this way to appeal to both smaller and larger groups. All outdoor amenities remain the same regardless of the guest count, and the entire property is private to you and your guests.

Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The common areas of the home have high powered ceiling fans in each room and receive an amazing cross breeze...so be sure to open the windows! Although you won't be spending much time indoors, the layout of the home provides a comfortable temperature to relax and take in the awesome views!
