Once inside, ocean views mark the beginning of a beautiful vacation at this newly renovated, single-level home with an open floor plan, three (3) sumptuously carpeted bedrooms, and two (2) full bathrooms with new bidet attachments. Every element of “SeaClusion” soothes the soul with its simplicity and artistry, from the warm hardwood flooring to the soft, neutral color palette aglow with natural light streaming in through skylights and windows.

The tastefully updated kitchen offers high-end, stainless-steel appliances, deluxe cabinetry, and every amenity you’ll need to feel right at home during your stay. A panoramic window runs alongside the dining table, tempting you with that familiar expanse of ocean blue; hardly will you have finished your meal before you’re sliding open the door and stepping out into the backyard to watch the sunset in absolute tranquility. A gas fire pit provides the ideal spot for gathering with loved ones on those crisp Monterey Peninsula evenings.

As the stars come out and you decide to turn in for the night, cozy up to the living room fireplace, escaping into a book or cherished film – or into your own imagination, as you eagerly anticipate the next day’s adventures. The possibilities are limitless: hiking in Big Sur, golfing in Pebble Beach, kayaking in Monterey Bay, wine tasting in Carmel Valley, or shopping in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Whatever you choose, you’re sure to come away with a treasure trove of memories made here at “SeaClusion” on California’s breathtaking central coast.

Coast Estate invites you to experience the beautiful Monterey Peninsula and California Central Coast. The area is world renown for spectacular coastlines, unique coastal communities, and rich marine life. Coast Estate specializes in Luxury Vacation Rentals in Big Sur, Carmel, Carmel Highlands, Carmel Valley, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Monterey and Seaside.

Local residents and visitors alike refer to Pacific Grove as “America’s last Hometown” and the “Butterfly Capital of California”, due to the annual migration of the Monarch butterflies. Pacific Grove is known for well kept Victorian homes and amazing seascapes along the scenic Sunset Drive.

Asilomar State Beach offers visitors beach and coast trail walks and a short, accessible boardwalk loop through the Asilomar Dunes Natural Preserve. The Point Pinos Lighthouse is the oldest continuously operating lighthouse on the West Coast and may be toured in the afternoon. 

Lovers Point Park has become Pacific Grove’s best-loved spot for Picnics and Weddings, with its spectacular view of Monterey Bay. Bicycles and kayaks can be rented here, and it is one of the few spots on the West Coast where you can watch a sun rise over the water.

Your hosts have provided the services of Carmel Coast Estate, Inc a locally owned and operated full service Real Estate and Property Management company. Your Property Managers are available by cellular phone, text messaging and email during your visit.

We clean our homes with hospital grade, environmentally friendly, pet & child safe cleaning solutions. Our primary cleaning agent kills 99.99% of all pathogens known to man. As a Sanitizer, it kills 99.99% of common bacteria, As a Virucide it kills 99.99% of viruses, ranging from Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2, Influenza A2, CV1 through 19, Ebola, HBV and HIV-1, Hepatitis C.

In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property or a neighboring home may have electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.

The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations
of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive
information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside
the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.
