Guest Access:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is only allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Please do not smoke on the balcony or in the condo. This is a personally owned condo and not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your own home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.



NOTE: THE RESORT PERMITS DOGS ONLY; MAXIMUM OF 2 DOGS WITH 25LBS ALLOWED.



NOTE: When a guest enters the unit, all bed linens will be pre-packed to ensure that guests know the linens have been changed and cleaned every time the previous guest checks out. The current guest will need to make their own beds using the pre-packed fresh linens placed on top of the bed.

Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swims in the pools, and local restaurants! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft as well as Turo.
