Stay was great elevator was a little hectic at check In and out times everyone trying to use it at the same time would’ve been nice if they had another set of elevators other then that everything was Great bed and pillows very comfortable!

Older unit buy very clean great view from the balcony. Not very crowded we enjoyed our stay. The Outside Pool area was awesome. Different levels of deck made it spacious. Also has vending machines and indoor pool very convenient.

Adequate but Very Exhaustive Rules

Great location next to beach. Not too much entertainment within walking distance. Landlord's multiple rules were incessant with notices, warnings, and signs everywhere threatening to charge fines for thIngs not done right. Some really poorly designed locations for things like wall lamps that cant avoid being hit by cabinet doors.

Marriage reset

It was perfect for just the two of us! As we have 5 children life gets busy and very overwhelming so we needed this reset! It wasn’t crowed and it was quiet ! Relaxing by the hot tub was the best! As I clean houses for a living… the baseboards , and all the decor definitely needs dusted and wiped down, the doors need to be cleaned, the top of the shower is dirty and wasn’t cleaned as well! They want to say they will FINE you for staining their sheets and towels…. Well I took pictures because there was stains already on them…. So that makes no sense ?!? The TV isn’t a smart TV but has the options for it on the remote and half the remote worked.. no help from them there! Check in… They waited last minute to contact me for the rest of my info and we didn’t get to check in until 4:40p.m I drove through the night we got there at 7 a.m so yea I wasn’t too happy about continue to wait to check in after our check in time!!!!

I rented a air condition Studio condominium for the 3rd to 6th July. What I got was a room that was like a oven when I arrived. A repairman showed up day 2 after a miserable night in a room without AC in July. Said unit needed replaced.But not until the following day. I contacted to property managers to refund the remaining days so I can get a hotel with AC. Greed and profit was more than important to them than doing what was right. Then I asked about another room. That was a upgrade$$$. So we were stuck another night, no air and the heat index was 104. Day 3, it was replaced in the afternoon. After all the fees, we wasted $$$ a night on this place ! What a miserable vacation

We did not even get to stay at this property.

This event was absolutely horrible! The people who were leasing the property did not even care that we were not able to stay. We were threatened in the parking lot of the codo. Had to move to another location for the police to meet us, because we were afraid for our safety. We asked for at least half of the money we spent back, because we were not even able to stay and we were told No! We were told sorry , no refund. These people had no remorse for us being threatened in their parking building, due to a dog without proper leashing running out in the road and under our vehicle. I have never been treated with such lack of caring and understanding! This place is a CRAP SHOW! I would tell others BE WARE!!!! We had to drive right back home! Happy Anniversary to us!!!!

Needs to be cleaned

Check-in was a bit annoying because a 3rd party (Big Fish Rentals) manages the property and emails come from their email address not through Vrbo. You are sent an email and asked to complete a list of things before you are able to check-in (which in my case went to spam so I was unaware until I reached out to them the day of check-in). The hotel is located by 3 older motels/hotels. In two days I witnessed multiple cops, ambulances, loud arguing matches in the street, and multiple people under the influence acting erratic. Just be aware of your surroundings. The room itself is what was listed but absolutely not clean. The sheets had bleach spots, there were smears across the bathroom ceiling, the window treatments look like they are from the 80’s and have holes and weathering, the comforter had dry crusty food on it, there were no paper towels, the bathroom floor mat was discolored with black mildew, the floors were dirty and hadn’t been mopped in quite some time. Just in general the entire place needs a good cleaning. I did send an email and attached pictures within the first 24hrs and got the response: “Thank you for letting us know. I will inform the team”. When I messaged the host upon returning home there was no response (even after over a week of waiting). Nothing was done (no one came to our room) and I was still charged for two nights “cleaning fees”.

Location, Location, Location! Pros: The highlight for this property is easily that it is literally steps from the beach. The room was clean and it was nice having a mini fridge and microwave. I also appreciated that I could plug in my fire stick so I could watch whatever I wanted during my stay. Great views from the balcony. Cons: It is an older building, the elevator can get busy, the bed is a little lumpy (would recommend bringing your own sheets and linens). I def saw a few water bugs during my stay too. The noise at night can vary depending on neighbors. Overall enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for the price and convenient location. The owners were very communicative and accommodating!
