Welcome to our newly listed vacation rental. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the dock and sunrise walks on the beach. Our 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom canal front home with a boat dock is great for a relaxing stay. Bring your boat for some incredible fishing in the Banana River, Mosquito Lagoon, or offshore out of Port Canaveral. Enjoy sunrises at the famous Cocoa beach pier. Minutes from World famous Ron Jon Surf shop and vibrant downtown Cocoa beach. Stay a few days before you head out of Port Canaveral on a cruise, take a day trip over to Orlando's world class theme parks, come for a rocket launch, tour the Kennedy Space center or just enjoy tranquility at the beach.

We love this property for its quiet street, picturesque sunsets on the dock, monthly rocket launches you can see from anywhere on the island, and the large indoor-outdoor living space to play and entertain.
