Perfect oasis for snowbirds! This 2 BR/2BA newly renovated condo has over 1200 square feet of living space. The spacious open air design provides ample living soace. There is a beautiful ocean view from the balcony and you dont have to cross a busy road to get to the ocean or stunning pool!! There are new stainless steel appliances, granite, and cabinets. The master br has a king size bed and the guest br a queen. The living room sofa easily sleeps 2. Work out in the gym, relax in the library, or play pool in the game room. Walking distance to publix and local restaurants. Private entrance to the no drive beach which is relaxing and quiet. Washer/Dryer on site, underground garage parking space, Includes basic cable, internet, pest control and water. Two month minimum rental, but ideally looking for renters to return every winter for 5-6 months.

Stayed for 3 months .Beautiful view of the ocean and beach! And also the sunsets iver the river. Garage is still under repair and made it very dusty and inconvenient. Owner was very helpful if anything was needed. Would stay here again!
