Above and beyond what I expected. Started recommending it the 1st day I was there. Awesome and attentive host, nice neighborhood, easy to get to and close to everything.

We came to Lakeland for a quick one night getaway to see a concert. This ‘tiny house’ was a perfect space for just the two of us. The neighborhood is an older FL neighborhood and is clean and safe. Pictures on the listing were identical to what was offered when we arrived.

Thanks for choosing to stay at the tiny home it was pleasure to host you !
It worked for a place to sleep on a budget. I wouldn't want to do it for any more than a couple of days. The pics were slightly deceiving with the bathroom/shower situation. Check in/communicaiton was good and place was clean.

hi thanks for your review, I will go ahead and update the pictures since I did some upgrades for the better, because I had a problem with water flooding and thanks God I was able to raise the floor also upgraded the bed so now it makes more sense, sorry you didn’t feel it was better that the old pictures, thanks for staying ☺️
It was a two day getaway. Positive cozy and comfortable enough for the days we stayed and appliances were available. Con mattress was not very comfortable. Due to it being a small location sink/toilet in one. Overall, it was great to spend have a two day stay.
It is small but we knew that going in. Beware, there are roosters next door and they do crow early in the morning. No issues, had what we needed for one night
We stayed for 3 nights in this quaint little rental. The rental was exactly as expected based on description & pictures. It was charmingly decorated and appointed with little extra touches that came in handy. It was perfectly located for our stay near friends. There are a few suggestions I plan to share with the owner privately. But overall it was exactly as expected and served our short term vacation needs satisfactorily.
Only time I ever left a reserved location and stayed somewhere else
My wife and I left the property after staying one night, which I have never done in my many years of traveling.
We arrived with few instructions, and the vrbo app only said I had no reservation, clearly an error. The owner provided little or no instruction and no reply to my friendly note to her. We had to park on the front lawn, with garbage in the yard (water bottles, used paper plate). The occupant of the main house was not very communicative and never introduced himself after I knocked. The toilet had no door (only a curtain) and the bed required climbing a large step, difficult for people with bad knees. The person on the inside of the bed had to climb over the other to get out. When a third person arrived at night to stay, he was hustled by a passer-by who wanted $5. to help him unpack, and he also left. The neighborhood was not the best.

I apologize you felt that way , the shed house is absolutely not for everyone, I am not an expert in vrbo vs airbnb I have many people saying there are not instructions in the but actually I was able to show a guest , and she apologized for not knowing how use the app, I dont know much my self how to use it myself either, the bed on top is actually an extra that was placed in there because the space was there but is more for a child , sorry for not providing a better experience, I am always trying to help as much as I can , have a blessed night
