After a day outside, unwind on the private deck, fire up the grill, or curl up by the wood-burning stove (currently unavailable due to maintenance — see note). Cook dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, stream a movie, or stroll to nearby breweries, restaurants, trails, and the free shuttle to Winter Park.

🐾 Pet Policy
We love responsible pet owners! Please notify us before arrival.
Pet Fee: $100 per stay
Failure to disclose a pet may result in immediate eviction and a $500 fee.

For safety compliance, the wood-burning stove is temporarily unavailable until further notice. Thank you for understanding!
Booking Requirements:
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas.

Respectful Behavior:
Be considerate of neighbors and their property.
No parties or large gatherings allowed.

Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, keep noise levels down.

Weather and Road Conditions:
No refunds for storms or bad weather.
Consider using four-wheel drive or chains during snow months.

Liability:
Homeowners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings.

If you are planning to bring your pet along, let us know in advance. There will be an additional charge of $100 - a pet cleaning fee. If you do not inform us of your pet staying with us you could be asked to immediately vacate the premises with an additional fine of 500$.
