The living room has a smart TV, if you don’t want to enjoy the huge picture window. The living room has a queen sized pull out bed with a comfy memory foam mattress.

The master bedroom has a plush queen bed and the second bedroom has a brand new full over full bunk bed with new memory foam mattresses.

Hard surface flooring throughout.

You get full access to the condo and the washer and dryer in the unit!

Plenty of street parking and easy access to this first floor unit. Less than a block to the metro or feel free to use the complimentary bicycle.

In October 2025, we purchased brand new wood bunkbeds! The original bunkbeds were metal and the new ones are solid as a rock!
