Very clean, very quiet, easy accessibility to beach and the St. Augustine area.

This upstairs unit fit our needs perfectly. We were greeted by the owner, who encouraged us to contact her with any questions or concerns. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in and the unit was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and the area is very quiet making for great sleep.

The owners Matt and Micki are very warm and welcoming. They maintain a wonderful place for 1 or 2 people to rent, it is just a short walk to the beach. The air conditioning works great! This is a wonderful property hosted by kind people!

Perfect Vacation

We had a fantastic week in St. Augustine and especially at this apartment. The pictures are not adequate for this lovely space. The place was very well equipped, clean, bright and spacious. We walked to the beach and a 5 minute drive into Historic St. Augustine, which is one of our favorite cities. Hopefully, we will return next year.

Awesome

We will definetly be returning. The owners were very attentive, and the apartment was immaculate and beautifully remodled and layed out perfectly.

We had every thing you could possibly need to make us feel at home.

The apartment is perfectly located. Only 2 blocks from the beach front and A1A, and only a 8 minute drive to St. Augustine.

Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and convenient stay in St.Augustine.

Comfort Away From Home

This is a spacious accommodation that is well equipped. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was spotlessly clean. We ate-in for most of our meals and everything we required for preparing some moderately elaborate meals was provided.

The apartment is located on a quiet street, and it was hard to believe busy highway A1A was only a block away. While there, we experienced two days of strong winds which made the beach unpleasant, but the large deck was shielded by the house and we were able to enjoy being outside. A full-service Publix grocery store is about 1.5 miles away. Beer and wine are available in the grocery store, but archaic Florida law requires liquor to be in a separate facility (Publix has a liquor store next door to the grocery store).

The owners, Matt and Micki Broadus, are on-site and very pleasant. Any issue brought to their attention was promptly resolved.

There's good Internet availability. We did have a challenging learning curve for operating the TV since we are only accustomed to cable service and are not familiar with streaming providers. NBC and PBS is unavailable, or if they are we could never find them. Equipment is there for playing rented movies.

We learned the beach draws surfers and it was entertaining to watch. In October 2016 a hurricane did significant damage to the beach and many of the beach-side homes. At high tide the beach may be very small. A beach restoration project is underway to add sand and reopen all of the public access points to the beach.

Bottom line - we enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning when we can stay much longer.

Great Location, Fantastic Accommadations, Gracious Owners

Extremely pleased with very spacious, nicely furnished and decorated one bedroom apartment located in a quiet neighborhood setting a stones throw from the ocean. The kitchen is modern with high guality appliances and the bathroom with rain shower is exceptional. The owners Matt & Micky strive to make your stay comfortable & totally enjoyable.

I without hesitation recommend this apartment for your enjoyment!
