Located southwest of the Strip, this two-story, single-family house is 2,300 sq ft and has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Conveniently located near Albertson’s, Target, EoS Fitness, St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Walgreens, and much more. This home is perfect for families and groups!

Beautiful, just like the pictures!

This property was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Mo was fantastic and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property enough for your stay in the area.

A beautiful house in a great location

The host was very responsive and attentive. The house was very clean will a full kitchen, free snacks, Nespresso machine, and a laundry room upstairs. The house is located very close to the airport and Raiders stadium.

Great place to stay!

Everything about our stay was positive. The communication was great, the place was super clean and everything was completely as advertised. The only thing I would add is that if you are elderly the bedrooms are all upstairs. If you can’t handle taking your luggage up a pretty tall flight of stairs this might not be the place for you. Other than that it was a wonderful place.

Beautiful Home

Nice Home

The home was beautiful and spacious! Mo was super nice to communicate with. No conplaints we had a great stay! We were in town briefly for a wedding. It was nice to be far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. But close enough to catch a quick short uber or taxi drive in.

This house was spectacular. We had a great time here. Everything was really cool. The place was very well equipped with very upgraded and nice amenities and features. I can not think of one thing that was not a pleasant experience at this home.We plan on coming back to Vegas for sure. We do it quite often and hope we can book for future bookings. Las Vegas Escape

We had an excellent stay. House is perfectly located. Only about 15 min from the strip and 5-10 minutes from stores/food to have all your creature comforts. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. Mo (host) was fantastic. We didn’t meet in person, but he emailed me instructions to enter the home, driving directions and local restaurant suggestions. He also texted me his phone number in case of emergency. Highly recommend this property and will definitely come back!

Great Spot!

We rented this house to have a place to stay after a week rafting in Grand Canyon with our family. The house was new, clean and cozy… a welcoming place and a place we would absolutely stay at again. It is close to airport but away from the glitz of The Strip which we preferred. We stayed at another house prior to our trip and it was “tired” from what appeared to have been endless frat parties…. A big risk for Vegas rentals. This house was opposite. Well appointed, good internet, thoughtful inclusions and generally well done. No was responsive and helpful the whole time. Thanks again!!

Family Low Key Getaway

I was very worried the pictures would not match the property but I found myself genuinely shocked when I saw it matched perfectly! In fact, it was nicer in person! Very clean and maintained residence. Loved the location being close to the strip but yet far enough away. This was my first time using VRBO or any short term stay residence while in Vegas. I normally stay right on the strip. I loved being off of it! The only MINOR hiccup in our stay was the air conditioning. We are from Oregon where cold and rain is 85% of our life. Vegas heat is different, the thermostat was at 74 degrees when we arrived and eventually made its way to 71. No was super responsive with our request to get the air conditioning to 68. It didn’t consecutively stay at 68, but after the first night of sweats, Mo made sure to adjust the temperature. He apologized and was beyond apologetic which made us feel better. I definitely recommend Mo’s place as it had so many esthetically pleasing details and was cozy yet modern at the same time. Felt extremely clean and smelled clean as well.
