Options to rent either the upstairs 4bdr or downstairs 5bdr are available. Please inquire for further details regarding these options and pricing. If renting half of the home, the other half will be inaccessible but will remain unoccupied for the duration of your stay. If the 12k boat lift is needed there is a lift fee of $1,200/mo.
