Brand new build 4 mins. from the beach! This 3-bed, 2-bath home is right by Moody Gardens Golf Course, Lil' Buffalo Grill, and Sugar Bean Coffee and Cream. The area is quiet and peaceful. There are two large decks with great views from both. The home has 10 ft. ceilings, a custom master shower with frameless glass door & his and hers sinks, large closets throughout, & a fenced-in yard. Up to three dogs are allowed for a 50 dollar per trip fee! There's a picnic table with seating for 10 underneath the house, & outdoor games to enjoy!

Clean, perfectly stocked house close to Moody Gardens

This might be the best VRBO booking I’ve had! This house was so clean, well stocked with all of the kitchen and bathroom essentials and close to everything we wanted to do. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner one night and had everything we needed to do so. The open floor plan and all the natural light made me never want to leave. With our son under 2, we really appreciated the gate on the stairs on the back balcony and kid friendly books and games. The horses across the street were an added bonus as our little LOVES being outside and animals! The beds and couches were comfy and linens all smelled so fresh. The owners were lovely and provided all the needed info prior to our arrival. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Place

Prom night

My wife and I took our daughters and couple of friends at this property for prom. The property was outstanding and the support if needed was on point we really have enjoyed our stay, I do highly recommend it.

TOP NOTCH

This is a turn key property. They have everything that you need for your stay. There isn’t one thing that I have not thought of. You just need your clothes and food. I highly recommend this property. It’s a 10 out of 10,

We are a family of 4 from Houston, TX. We have two sons and three dogs, and we love fishing, and spending all of our free time at the beach.

Why they chose this property

This house is just in the perfect location. It is so quiet here. You get the peace and quiet without the 45 minute drive into town when you want to go somewhere. You can show your kids horses then be playing golf 5 minutes later. When you are done, you can have a shower outside and then a 4 minute drive to go catch your own dinner. All at the house or right around it. It is perfect!
