Beautiful, fully-furnished townhouse in Green Valley Desert Hills 4 community. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower in the master a shower/tub combo in the guest bathroom, 1 carport space, & washer dryer in the home. Wonderful front and back patios with seating, plus a relaxing screened in porch with ceiling fan. This is a 55 and older community.

Christmas Vacation

Dream rental does not even begin to describe this property. It’s in a beautiful subdivision with excellent views, the furnishings are top notch and the owners thought of everything. From the comfy bedding, to the hot chocolate set up, to the Christmas decor, it was PERFECT!! We highly recommend this rental. Thanks Bill and Valerie for an enjoyable stay!!!

Hi, we're Bill and Valerie Hentig and we love Green Valley. We have lived in Green Valley for a year and cannot say enough good things about this town. Bill is a Sales Engineer and Valerie is a Dental Hygienist. We've lived in the Tucson area for 14 years and raised 3 sons here. We live 1 mile from the rental and you can find us touring the neighborhood in Bill's orange golf cart or the both of us getting in some miles on our e-Bikes. We can't wait to meet you.

We fell in love with this property and have enjoyed getting it cleaned, decorated, and in top-condition for your stay. Valerie loves to decorate and have everything just so. Your comfort is important to us and we make every effort to make you want to come back to our lovely townhome in Green Valley.
